However, I would like to note a small disadvantage: the food was not perfectly organized — everyone was already eating, and one of us was left without his own dish. It was a little uncomfortable. On Wednesday, we decided to order delivery from the same restaurant. We order tempura rolls regularly, but this time the rolls looked bad — as if they had been bathed in excess oil, which completely spoiled the impression. The delivery time was also delayed: they promised to deliver it in 2 hours across the city, but it was delivered only in 2.5 hours.

1 star per attempt 2 stars for a nice waitress girl who gave excellent advice on what was "delicious" and what was "better not to take." But even with the kitchen tips, we were upset, even though there were no expectations initially. Tar-tar with salmon is more or less, but sushi ... for some reason strongly smelled of herring, although there was salmon in the composition.. Poke is mediocre. The atmosphere is 0/10, we came in the afternoon, I understand that this place is aimed at evening entertainment, but in the afternoon, when people just come to eat, you don't have to turn up the music volume at the "blood from the ears" level. Or have a conversation with the service staff, who manages to yell music from the speakers from the kitchen, probably for this the volume is turned on above average, for their comfort. But not for the comfort of visitors. If the owner is not indifferent and all the shortcomings are corrected, we hope to visit the institution again and correct our assessment. I flew to Belarus to visit a friend and, without much expectation, we went out for dinner. As a person who is professionally accustomed to analysis, I was initially determined to be picky — to note details, look for weaknesses, and fix nuances. The serving and visual presentation did not make a strong impression at first. Everything looked correct, but without a pronounced personality, and at some point I even had a slight disappointment. However, gastronomy is always a conversation of taste, not scenery. As soon as I started the dishes, my first impression crumbled. The taste turned out to be balanced, deep and unexpectedly whole. The balance of ingredients was precise, the textures were thoughtful, and the aftertaste left a desire to continue. The wait for the order was noticeably long, but in this case, time played on the kitchen's side. The result fully justified the pause. This is the rare moment when food speaks for itself and makes you forget about the role of the critic, allowing you to just have fun.
