The air conditioning is regulated. Cleaning every day. The Windows faced the courtyard, those who had no luck on the road… The beach is 350-400 meters away, it's not comfortable to walk in the heat. You wait from 3 to 30 minutes for cars, it's better not to order from the room, the neighbors were waiting for up to an hour. The food is great. They can cook meat. There are no animators for children. If you come to the beach later than 9-10 o'clock, there may be places only where you can not swim (steps). The beach is sandy, without any cutting or stabbing reefs, etc. At low tide to the buoys, the depth is up to the waist. There is a place to walk. Overall, it's good.

The city itself is under construction,similar to the Arab cities of Egypt,a calm,comfortable, family-run hotel with a huge territory, we liked it, the food is good, although there is a minus on the day of arrival only from 15.00, you go to the room and to the restaurant,and on the day of departure from 12.00 you also can not be in the room and eat,the sea is gentle,warm,of medium salinity,the beach area is wide, there are few people on the beach, or they are well distributed, the water is clean, I don't like pools, but it's interesting there are Infinity pools, you can take pictures, the room is spacious and atmospheric in oriental style.In principle, there are very positive emotions, but Dubai and its beauty are still waiting for us!!!
