To accommodate clients in a 4-star hotel room, which does not have a single towel, toilet paper, kettle and tea set. And most importantly, there was no reaction to the remark for three hours. Now about the food - we visited the restaurant in this hotel, located on the top floor, in the evening. The view is certainly excellent, you can't take that away. But the service and food don't even pull a C grade. In general, it's just a hostel. If you want to justify the four stars that they put on themselves at the front desk, then you need to change your attitude to everything, and first of all in relation to the client. Understand that for you, the client is the first priority, this is what brings income from the business, if it is interesting, of course. We did not receive any satisfaction from the hotel.
