The owner should pay attention to the information about the workshop's opening hours indicated on the business card (the number that is issued when placing an order) and the time indicated on the sign on the workshop doors. Then next time the master/master won't have to yell and freak out at a customer who called him after hours. (in the business card, the opening hours are indicated from 10 o'clock, but in fact they work from 11).
