Good afternoon. Dear store, are you really sure that these are two identical compositions??? From the correspondence, "we will replace the gerbera with peony-shaped roses" turned into a chrysanthemum set for 125p. A bouquet of "delicate" and "white" are still different concepts. The products on the Online Storefront do not correspond to reality. Very sorry.

Disgusting service. Initially, I liked the bouquet from the online showcase in a lilac-pink range, the price of 70 rubles was announced. They only offered to replace the white roses with pink ones. As a result, we made a similar bouquet, but in a different package, which turned out to be faded. When asked to replace the packaging with lilac, as in the original version, they began to indicate that the packaging was matched to the color of roses, a refusal. I stated that then we would take the bouquet from the online showcase in a lilac-pink color scheme. A friend came to pick up the bouquet, to which they tried to rip off 80 rubles from him, when they called, they assured him that the lilac bouquet was worth 80 rubles, on my screenshot with the price, they agreed that they would give it for 70. And in the end, they gave away the faded one that they didn't like, which turned out two days later when the birthday girl sent a photo of the bouquet. I'll never get involved with this diner again.
