Once again, I want to share how good this place is. Mind you, it's not a coffee shop, it's an institution. I'm not a big fan of coffee, but latte/raff/cherry coffee is definitely delicious here! I visit this place regularly, often for cakes) they are here at a good price and delicious) The food is delicious too. When I'm too lazy to cook at home, I come here because the location is very close. And the prices are really lower than the competitors in this segment. The staff is friendly, especially the owner of the establishment :)

We came to the restaurant with a young man at about 11:40, the order was made at 11:51, the cheesecakes were brought to us at 11:29. The waiting time for the cheesecakes was about 40 minutes, the boarding was minimal, we also had another table, which was served before our arrival. No one warned about the long wait + the second breakfast arrived in just 10 minutes. When they finally brought us the cheesecakes, we were disappointed, to say the least. Expectation /reality (the picture on Instagram shows the presentation and appearance of cheesecakes are completely different), how can you cook this for 40 minutes!? Why didn't anyone initially warn you, didn't offer to bring two breakfasts at the same time? I was also surprised by the price of lemonade (11p), but we decided that the price corresponds to the volume (400ml). It turned out that this was not the case. The glass was filled to the top with ice, it was simply impossible to fit so much ice and 400 ml of drink into such a glass. There are no complaints about the second breakfast, it's worth the money.

The service was disgusting, the food was taken out by a guy whose appearance leaves much to be desired, untidy clothes, without an apron, food was taken out with his hands on a plate, a fork was served from cutlery without a napkin, and later it was placed on a bare table, which is already such a thing. A sandwich, oatmeal and two Belgian breakfasts were waiting for 40!!! minutes. The oatmeal turned out to be filled with boiling water from the bag, except for the toast bread in the sandwich, there is nothing else to eat. They left a lot of money and ruined their mood.

It was dirty all around, there were streaks on the glass of water. At least my friends had a normal latte. The waffles in the middle were semi-raw, perhaps the kitchen staff were guided by the slogan: "it can't be hot raw." I do not recommend it.

We went in for breakfast in the morning, first we waited for the menu, then my husband went to get the menu himself, we sat for another 10 minutes, no one came up, the employee lazily wandered between the coffee machine and the kitchen, not paying any attention to us. It happens that employees are busy with something, but you can spend 20 seconds and tell visitors 'sorry, I'll be there in ____ minutes'. We sat there without understanding when someone would take care of us, and left, thank God, there are many good places in Pinsk. There were 3 tables occupied in the hall, counting ours, and people languished at the next one in the same way, without food and menus.

I don't care if a person smokes or not, as long as it doesn't affect me in any way. I've already come across this barista (male) three times, who goes out for a smoke, but does not close the door and all the smoke goes into the room. I once asked to close the door (when I was sitting for a long time), because it was cold and the smoke went inside the coffee shop, my request was fulfilled, but only to a new customer. Please, if you go out to smoke, close the damn door, I don't want to smell cigarette smoke because of your bad habit. Think about the customers of the coffee shop, someone might be more shy than me and be afraid to ask to close the door.
