A completely disorganized company. I don't recommend it. Waste of time. The work of managers is surprisingly incompetent and careless. I first contacted them a month ago — I wanted to know the conditions for buying an apartment hotel. They answered a few days later, weakly, without specifics. I recently decided to come back to the issue again — the situation has not changed at all. Each question has to be pulled out literally in parts.: either "we'll check with the contractor," or "today is Sunday," or they just disappear for a couple of days. It's impossible to ask for details on the plans, parking, and documents. The answers are sketchy and irrelevant. He asked several times: — to get in touch with another manager, — so that the director can call me, so that I can be given a clear layout of the facility and conditions. Zero reaction. It seems that they don't need a client. Sales go by themselves, and managers simply "sit out" requests. At the same time, the facility seems to be an investment facility, and the service is worse than that of the housing department. Even PDF files come without explanation, it is unclear what is in stock, what is sold. Bottom line: if you value your time and nerves, avoid it. The company doesn't know how to handle requests, doesn't communicate, and doesn't value the customer. This is fatal for an investment project. Ps:There is a correspondence that clearly confirms my words! And you even ask the head of the director to get in touch, COMPLETELY IGNORING! There is only one conclusion: "the fish rots from the head"
