Wonderful New Year's holidays were held at the Borjomi Classic Hotel from December 30, 2025 to January 03, 2026. The owner of the hotel and the staff were very friendly. The service and services are good, the breakfast is delicious and satisfying. The rooms are clean, the hotel is cozy, not noisy. The services provided are excellent. Everyone was very polite and helpful with any question. We recommend staying at this hotel. It is located close to the center, on the river bank. Near the bus station, a large supermarket, pharmacies, a bank.

Very pleasant hostesses - they told the story of this house, showed the interior, conducted a tour of all floors. There are tapestries on the walls, a fireplace in the lobby, a very colorful place with a classic atmosphere. The patio is nice and well maintained. Our room was a little tired - there were no hangers in the closet, the taps in the shower were slightly loose. The Wi-Fi is not stable, if anyone cares. But they met us late in the evening, gave us a second blanket, gave us the opportunity to choose a room, turned on the fireplace - any roughness was compensated by the hospitality. The location is right next to the bridge that connects the "commercial" part of Borjomi with the tourist one, the park is literally 5 minutes away by car, but you can also walk. Homemade compote was served for breakfast, and a classic Georgian breakfast was served.

Please note, this is a guest house. The hostess apologized for the sleepless night and presented a bottle of wine. According to the European classification, one star. Minuses 1. No shower area, see photo. Water runs directly onto the bathroom floor, and splashes fly into unprotected electrical outlets, while a washing machine is plugged into the wall outlet and a hair dryer is supposed to be used. 2. It's very noisy, people are constantly walking past the room, loud conversations and screams until one o'clock in the morning. 3. Breakfast, the table is full, in fact there is nothing to eat, the coffee is only instant, the products do not look fresh. 4. The room does not have the kitchen utensils stated in the description, a toaster, a microwave oven.

A wonderful guest house, with an entourage setting! The rooms are large, the hot water is uninterrupted. The view from the balcony and the inner garden is gorgeous! The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfasts are great, I don't know how you can not eat enough, food for every taste and color, including compote brewed from your own berries, tea /coffee. Boiled eggs, lettuce cucumbers and tomatoes, cheese, cottage cheese, yogurt, olives, smoked sausage, carbonate, bread, butter, jam, muffins, hot khachapuri, pancakes with meat, sausages. I think it's more than enough for breakfast! Our family was satisfied, I want to come back! Thank you for your hospitality and for taking care of our vacation! All the best and prosperity!

Everything was just great, the room was great with a view of the river, Anna was a wonderful woman who helped with everything, we stopped by ahead of time, they quickly provided us with a room and treated us to coffee with sweets. Later we met a wonderful woman, the owner of the hotel, our piece of the heart is with you! In fact, this is not a hotel, but a guest house. The address in the booking is incorrect. We stayed as a family. They gave a room for everyone, there are enough beds and a lot of space. But! Very dirty! The plumbing is not cleaned, there is dust and hair on the floor. Breakfast is questionable.
