The cuisine is divine. I recommend beef stroganoff - it's something! Well, the English beer turned out to be an Alma Ata brand. Tin is boiled and rolled in Lithuania, but the draught is probably local. But, as written by some connoisseur, it's too bland, without much taste.

It was on Eid day, and we had booked a table for iftar at 18:00. We arrived, there is no water or dates on the table (there were even some in the coffee shop). As soon as the order was placed, I ask the waiter: "how much to expect for the dish," and he says with a surprised face, "I don't know! There are a lot of orders"... totally sucks 👎🏻 in the end, I brought water with dates, thanks for that. The food was not carried for a long time, but they brought the hot one from ours to 1 person, that is, the second course, but with the wild salad, bread, and rolls they had not yet brought. After several attempts to clarify when the order would eventually arrive, they finally said and brought the dishes (all mixed up) and Focaccia at the very end. A waiter with headphones, constantly saying "huh? What? What?" 👎🏻, then he ran like this (we had a corner sofa at the bottom of the windows) and he kept holding the sofa when turning while running and our sofa was shaking!!! Horror. What about the dishes: the Greek sucks, the cucumbers seem to be fried in something, it's impossible to eat, 2 olives, thanks for that ... there are no hot dishes, they don't match the picture on the menu. The meat is dry, no sauce. Focaccia was ordered with parmesan and oregano, like, it was brought with Feta cheese and oregano. Trash. The only thing that tastes good is focaccia. All. The rest, By the way, the juice was ordered orange DADA because the orange is only of this brand, as a result, the receipt was marked with Grazio juice, which costs 2000 tenge or more, and the dada is less than 1000. In short, the service is terrible, the cuisine is terrible (except for bread), the attitude towards the guests (Muslims are not respected by those who fast and this is an "allegedly" decent institution. We didn't have enough food, we didn't last an hour. They're gone. By the way, the food was put in a plastic container and in a blue garbage bag. You wouldn't be embarrassed. The waiter is so healthy and a little taller than average, a little chubby. There are the cheapest dry hand towels in the toilet, like paper from a notebook, it is impossible to wipe your hands. The second time I went to the bathroom, she wasn't there at all. Service 0, staff -0, kitchen 1 out of 5 (at the expense of focaccia). By the way, WhatsApp talks like hell: yes, no, ignore it. And by the way, during our stay in the booster room, it wasn't even 1/4 full, so there was no sewing or full boarding. As a result, we went to another institution. It was 03/25/25. We decided to celebrate dr + make Iftar. They messed up everything. Don't thank me. This is the most honest review.
