We spent 11 nights in this hotel at the end of 2025. So, we have a complete picture of the hotel. The hotel itself is a three-star. But I'll write down the positives and negatives) Positive: - Location. The city center. There is a tram stop nearby (convenient if you plan to get to the airport or local attractions on your own). There are many bus stops nearby. There's a central alley right next to it, literally 2 minutes and you're on it. The old town is quite close. In general, there is a big plus) "There's a convenience store right across the street. If you suddenly want beer and chips, 5 minutes and they are in your room)) - The staff is helpful. Only one Russian-speaking girl, but we also communicated with others through a translator and all our requests were fulfilled. - A separate impression for me: a doggie who is incredibly kind and calm. But also huge)) He always met us at the hotel. Weaknesses: - It all started with the fact that we booked through an aggregator (not Yandex) and there was a fairly budget price. Upon arrival, the admin was surprised by the price, but confirmed the accommodation. The next day they arranged a surprise and said that either the surcharge or leave. But it's worth noting that when we decided that we were leaving, the admin and management apologized and allowed us to stay at the price for which the aggregator sold the number. - Well, the most unpleasant moment for everyone is probably the presence of cockroaches. We saw three of them. They live in the kitchen and bathroom. No other animals were found)) - Something is broken, something is far from fresh. In general, the number is three. - One hanger in the room for two people??? They didn't understand, but okay)) - dust accumulates on the shelves all the time after wet cleaning - Twin beds. It's very inconvenient. Someone is constantly sleeping in a crack between the beds. - Audibility. Strong. Absolutely everyone has heard. I don't know how it is during the tourist season. But we always shared a hotel with Turks. On weekends, there is booze in the next room: from the sounds of intimacy to drinking in the morning and a Turkish quarrel that ends dramatically) On weekdays, too, all night long, either someone coughs violently in the neighboring rooms, or snores and everything is audible. Near the store, across the street, the man ties the dog constantly and goes "into the sunset." The dog "cries" and calls the owner. It's all audible. This happens quite often. It can definitely wake you up in the morning) - the rooms are really smoky. It took us a couple of days to get the smell out. There are no fire sensors, so if you smoke, you can smoke in the room. Overall, the hotel was not bad for the price for which we were sold and "allowed" to stay. But if we are talking about the price for which it is usually sold (starting from 4,000 rubles). I'm sure you'll find a better accommodation solution.

Nice little cozy hotel. The room is like a studio apartment with a kitchen, 2 huge beds, a shared bathroom, everything you need for a normal stay is there. I was comfortable in it. I recommend it, it was enough for me for 2 nights and 3 days. The staff is friendly and helpful, Wi-Fi was immediately connected. The hotel is located in the center, everything is within walking distance, 2 large markets, a shopping center, bus and tram stops. However, it is located inside houses, you can't find it without a navigator. Overall, it's clean, cozy, comfortable, the air conditioner is working, what else do you need?! The sea is 20 minutes away. desires. Book it.

The hotel is, frankly, a bum house. There's no other way to say it... Holes in the sheets, dirty sheets, everything is dirty. I'm looking for a toilet that smells like a toilet at a train station. It's disgusting to be there. Besides, they steal there. I left my T-shirt there (I bought it in Istanbul, it's inexpensive, but it's important as a memory). I called there. They lied, saying they hadn't found it. I know for sure that I left it in the room... I do not advise anyone, even if for free, to stay in this hotel.
