I was at this barber shop today. The staff is young people . They are very well - mannered . The woman came with complaints , during the conversation I realized that her child had been tonsured because he asked , it was not the fault of the specialists . But they had no problem saying what they would do as she saw it. I visited a specialist with young Zhanna . Although young , she cuts her hair well and neatly . I like you all. I am very glad that our service level is growing thanks to such young people.

In general, everything is fine, the haircut is done with high quality. However, my child was crying a lot during the haircut, and the reaction of the staff, including the receptionist, was very noticeable. It felt like the situation was being watched, which unfortunately increased our stress. I would like to make a suggestion for improvement: for such moments when the child is upset, it would be very useful to have small distracting elements (toys or books), and also, perhaps, include children's cartoons on the TV. This would help distract the baby and make the process more comfortable for everyone.
