I bought a bouquet, it consists of orchids, the store said it would stand for at least 2 weeks, they have their own cones with water, which in the end, they did not even stand for 4 days. My personal rating for this flower shop is 0/10, as this is not the first time. What shocked me the most was that the seller said all the flowers were fresh, but there were limp, dead roses in the window that you couldn't look at without crying. The location is excellent, the chain of stores seems to be fine. I chose the roses and pointed them out to the seller. As soon as I found out that I needed an even amount, I said that they were supposedly not very fresh. I suggested others, as I took them out of the vases from the refrigerator and packed them, it was clear that they were shabby and not fresh. There was no time to find out that day. You feel like you've been spat on. They say it's not for a holiday, it's for a funeral, and that's how it goes. The sediment remained. I don't recommend it as a store, so I'll avoid it myself.

11/30/25 we bought 6 roses, the seller put one without a single leaf, although she saw that they were not there...The service, of course, was just "crackling", the stench of e-mail was all over this store, the seller was sitting with her legs tucked under her with coffee, and watching something on the phone, as if she were not at work but at home....The prices for flowers are too high, for 8 rubles you can buy large roses, and not the ones you bought in this store.
