The room was warm and cozy, comfortable furniture, high-quality linen, everything you need for a comfortable stay: bathrobe, slippers, hairdryer, toiletries. The location of the hotel is ideal for exploring the sights of Tbilisi.

AMAZING! That's great! There are not enough words to describe the emotions of living - like a beloved grandmother visiting. Very nice hostess Maya, may God grant you more guests and the strength to keep this wonderful house in the same condition. For breakfast - freshly baked pie, homemade jam, matzoni, tea, oh my God, how delicious it all was! Every detail is thought out, the house is a museum. And what kind of courtyard 🫠🫠🫠 All I could do was take pictures. Do I need to talk about the location? They're beautiful! The very center!

A wonderful hotel! We were with my husband and eldest son in May. Wonderful roses bloomed on our balcony. The round-table breakfasts are simply wonderful. Hostess Maya gives guests peace, cleanliness, comfort and quiet joy.

This is one of the best hotels where we are lucky to stay. The whole house is very cozy, there are many little things that you want to consider, while it is very comfortable, everything is in the rooms, clean and tidy, there are not many people, so it is calm and quiet. The hotel is located very close to old Tbilisi. This hotel complemented our vacation in Georgia. Our favorite place was the courtyard, where we spent many evenings relaxing after the heat with a glass of wine and fruit or with tea and delicious homemade jam. If you want to find out what a real Georgian breakfast is, be sure to order from the hostess Maya, try it, it is very tasty and satisfying. Thank you to the hostess not only for the care and warm welcome, but also for the willingness to help and prompt if necessary. If we come to Georgia again, we will definitely stay here.

A delightful hotel. The museum interiors breathe real home warmth. A small restaurant between the house and the cliff, where it is always cool in any heat (yes, it's hard to believe, but a stream flows down from the cliff, and in the courtyard, protected from the sun, the temperature is about +20 when it's +30 outside).
