I had a pedicure at Anna's salon today. She cut every finger, every one, and there's blood and pain on all my fingers. To my indignation about this, she said that she had not taken into account that the vessels were close. What the hell? Are the vessels close? They told me to smear it with chlorhexylin now. I've never had my fingers cut like that. And the pedicure was done in 30 minutes and she was in a sooo hurry. By the way, there was no massage or anything else from the reviews. Then they offered me a 30% discount, and I was so shocked and angry that I paid and left. And only then did I realize that they hadn't given me any 30% discount. The service cost 75, and I paid 63.75 at a discount. That makes 15%. Interesting. Now I understand that I should have been paid for such a pedicure, not me.

As a regular customer of the Bless salon, who has always been satisfied with the quality of services, I have to leave a negative review about the last visit to the master Marina Lokhmatova. My request was very clear: remove a maximum of 3 cm of length and make a thinning, as I grow my hair. Unfortunately, at home, after measuring, it turned out that the hair had become shorter by 8 cm. Such a significant non-compliance with the agreements is unacceptable to me. In addition, my blouse was ruined in the process (a wet brown stain). Instead of a professional approach and apologies, I was faced with an attempt to shift the blame onto me — the master assumed that this was the result of using my cosmetics. I emphasize that I do not use coloring products, and the previous paint has completely washed off. Leaving the salon in wet clothes, especially in the current cold weather, is a gross violation of customer comfort standards. Although there are no complaints about the technical side of the haircut itself, non-compliance with the client's instructions and incorrect communication do not allow me to recommend the services of this specialist.

The administrator resolved this issue with an invitation to extend the missing eyelashes, thank you But then the most interesting thing was when I came to the build-up "the master said that she would give contact to another master and in general she does this for herself, she was trained many years ago and practices building-up only for those who do not find fault with the result" As a result, I got solid glues (the bundles fell out huge with natural eyelashes (there were 2-3 natural ones on the bundle) and a week later bald eyes not only without extended eyelashes, but also without their relatives.
