Since I read other reviews myself before coming here and, to be honest, I didn't want to go. However, the church shelter refused to accept things, and I called the Grace shelter here first. I asked them directly on the phone if I would bring 3 bags of things, clean, some new, some used, whether they would accept them as they are or disassemble them. I was told, bring it, we will accept everything. It was a pity to throw away so many things, so I drove. We accepted 3 large bags of things without even opening them, a couple of bags with toys and a box with toys. My experience is extremely positive. Maybe it depends on the employee, and I'm lucky. I think it's necessary to clarify by phone beforehand. Thank you.

I brought things that are already small or not worn, things that have been washed and put in bags. The woman at the entrance emptied everything out of the bags, sorted something and returned about half. I wasted my time and fuel on a trip to them, it would have been better to throw it in the trash right away!

A double impression. You bring things in good condition. The woman at the entrance pours out of the bags onto the floor and starts to flip them off and casually stuff them back into the bag like they don't need it. I had to carry a package of things home. How jackets can be unnecessary is not clear. You can take it from people and decide for yourself whether they need it or not.
