I really liked the hotel, I definitely recommend it! We were here from January 2nd to January 7th. Without power. It was very warm in the room, even sometimes the heaters were turned off and the window was opened) warmth was, as it turned out, one of the important criteria, since the night before we spent 1 night in another place where it was incredibly cold like outside🥲 There were power outages, but only a couple of times a week and no more than 30 minutes. The room was clean, and guests were provided with slippers, shampoo, shower gel, and a clothes dryer. There is a cooler in the hall, tea bags, coffee, sweets) On the 2nd floor there is a shared kitchen with all the necessary utensils, cozy tables) The only thing is, the room wasn't cleaned or asked if it was necessary, but I think if we had asked, we wouldn't have been refused, so I'm not taking off the star for this, we didn't need cleaning. I was also very pleased with the sound insulation in the rooms, which usually suffers everywhere) The hosts are very pleasant and friendly, they were always on site) As many wrote, there is no reception here as such, this is a fact, but we quickly found the owners) for those who are for the first time: you need to climb the stairs across the street to the second floor to the pool, this is the center of the hotel, where you will definitely meet the owners. And so, I saw that sometimes they post a piece of paper on the door with the contacts and arrival details of the guest) The hotel is within walking distance to the promenade, colonnade, the popular Porto Gagra coffee house and other cafes. For breakfast, you can go to the hotel opposite the Narth. Buffet 1.000₽/person. We weren't particularly impressed, so we went to other places. Thank you for a comfortable stay!

We had a rest here this year for the May holidays. We found out about him by chance through bibliogloobs. We booked and arrived. I really liked the hotel and the location in Staraya Gagra! Clean, comfortable, and the views are amazing from the room... (attached photo) There is no food in the hotel, and we didn't need to. For breakfast and lunch, we went to a delicious cafe on the Azra embankment, but if you want to cook, you can also cook something in the kitchen that is there, we just brewed coffee there. The hotel is within walking distance to the beautiful promenade, the colonnade, the delicious Porto Gagra coffee shop and other attractions. You can walk everywhere and enjoy the beauty around. We really enjoyed it here. Thank you for a comfortable stay. We will definitely come again.

Pros: the hotel is new, everything is in good condition! Clean linen, excellent bathroom.node. Great view from the balcony, the balcony itself is large and cozy. Cons: the Internet crashes frequently. We were in April, in the dubak room, but when the electric heaters were turned on, it became warm. Since we were not in the beach holiday season, I can't say anything about the beach, sun beds. I was very surprised by the pool... why is it and for whom?))) Minuscule size with ice water. There is no kettle or mugs in the room. Mugs, of course, can be taken from the kitchen at the hotel. But no one will give you a kettle in the room, there is a way out: a cooler in the corridor with hot/cold water. Running for water in the corridor all the time is still a pleasure. Our Internet connection went down, I called on the phone to inform you. I was told that they would inform the management, but there was no response. The hotel is basically so-so. There is no service.
