This is not a Bistro, but a canteen of the CPC called "Masha and the Bear". It's cool in the room, that's the only downside. Everything else is a solid plus: 1) The price for lunch of the first, second and third with a pie is 130 rubles. 2) Everything is very tasty and high-quality, as in a normal Soviet dining room. Everything is according to GOST. 3) Excellent chefs, responsive. All dishes are served on time, hot in the correct sequence. Tips: the canteen is open from 7 to 14 o'clock, but it is better to come before 13 o'clock. The pastries here are great and cheap. But it ends by closing time. It is better to ask in the morning to leave the pies for lunch. The establishment is closed on weekends. I recommend you to visit with both hands 👍

It's a great place, more like a dining room than a bistro. If you want to eat tasty and inexpensive, then this place is especially for you. The average check in the region of 150 rubles for lunch is exactly what you need. I recommend it!
