Oh, I'm very glad that such a store appeared, I used to go only to KSK, try to get there.. and here it's literally a walk away. A large assortment, excellent consultants, but the girls at the checkout want to wish kindness to people and positivity in life, I understand it's hard, but you don't need to pour your negativity on people. Be kind))

There is a large construction supermarket, there is almost everything: from building materials and plants to cosmetics (such as shampoo and deodorants) and stationery. Tools, work clothes and shoes, tableware, pet supplies and much more. Parking is large, there is enough space for everyone. There are queues at the cash registers, perhaps because we were at the weekend and people have not lost interest in the new store yet. There is a food truck in the parking lot, you can have a snack. There is a Lighthouse store nearby, where you can buy everything else that is not in the Build (food, drinks, etc.)

A nice and fairly large store with a large selection of products. You can find everything you need for repairs in one place, which is convenient. Prices are average, some are more expensive than competitors, some are cheaper. You need to compare if you want to save money. Or buy everything at once in one place, if you want to save time. The staff is generally polite, but constantly busy. The store is conveniently located, check-in and parking are good. I didn't see any queues at the checkout, but I've only been to the store 3 times so far.
