Discounts, Build's birthday are a farce and a deception! In fact, it's just an advertisement. On the stand, near the umbrellas, it is indicated that there is a 25% discount on the entire range - it is not provided! (As it turned out later, you need to go to the Tableware department and find out which umbrellas have a discount. Umbrellas in the tableware department🤦♀️). The bonus option doesn't work, they just don't use them today. At the information desk, the staff does not know the information. Disappointment with the Zhlobin Build.

A very good hardware store with a large selection. Each visit was accompanied by the purchase of necessary goods. I am especially pleased with the work schedule (it is relevant for the city of Zhlobin, where there are still lunch breaks, weekends and short working days in stores). If you want to make a purchase on Monday evening, it won't be difficult. Competent consultants, polite sellers.

The build is an interesting store, because it is large, of course there is a choice of different things, and I go and buy, but there are also disadvantages, the prices are too high, not everything is too high. I bought various things, for example, I bought an electric kettle for a special offer and at a cheap price, and it turned out to be faulty, as soon as the water boils, steam comes out of the button and it can short out, then I bought padlocks that also broke down quickly, or rather, after a couple of openings, the locks stopped working, I think the locks should not be bought at all, as well as sockets, the plastic is thin and the sockets are not very high quality, but they sell good wires, lamps, cement, putty and various kinds of goods, although if you go around and write more about the bad product here, you won't have enough time, but everyone has their own, if you want to buy twice or don't buy at all.

A wonderful place, which has the most unexpected things in a large assortment. It would be possible to hold orienteering competitions in it - it seems so huge. Fortunately, the security guard / consultant or the info-"cashier" will always tell you the direction. And after a couple of visits, it will be possible to enter without a compass) I bought protection for the rollers and everything to sort out the bearings on them. I was satisfied. I knew what I was going for, and the consultant helped me figure out all this diversity well. Update: They didn't let us rollerblade today. I didn't have time to decide anything, I went in my socks, then threw them away. I hate these nasty rules and stickers. Always going to the shops without stickers doesn't seem like such a funny idea anymore. But the guard wasn't stripped of his bonus, lol.

* a wide range of products from trusted manufacturers; * qualified consultants who are ready to help with the selection of products and answer questions; * the opportunity to receive professional advice on construction and repair; * availability of goods or the possibility of prompt delivery; * compliance with delivery and installation deadlines; * warranty and post-warranty service; * convenience and convenience of customer service (for example, the availability of convenient cash registers, clear navigation in the store); * the price level and the system of discounts and promotions. To improve the quality of service and increase customer satisfaction, construction stores can implement loyalty systems, improve the work of consultants, and optimize the delivery and return of goods.

A normal DIY hypermarket for a small town. A good selection of products. The prices from the larger one are normal, although the Zhlobin residents consider the store expensive. The wrong start is to blame for everything, when the store opened, the price tags were wild, and as soon as sales did not go, they began to equalize with competitors, but everything stuck in their heads. I remember going to the plumbing department after the opening and seeing the bathroom I wanted at a price 20 percent more expensive than the local ipshnikov. The same goes for power tools. Shelves are littered with cheap disposable slag, high-quality tools at inflated prices, and there is no flexibility. At the same solar market, at a kiosk with tools or at a collective farm market, the guys will immediately offer what they need and make you happy with the price, but they can't do that in the build. But you can go in and hold the instrument of interest in your hands. I really liked the attitude to the consultant's work with paints, he suggested it very competently and told all the nuances, although the choice was difficult (I needed paint for concrete floors). The big disadvantage is the display of goods, the store has been running for several years, but this problem has not been sorted out. Especially the department with accessories, saw blades, the right thing will always be without a price tag or something else, everything is always mixed up. And the biggest disadvantage is queues at the checkout, they are always there at any time, and several cash registers are always closed, it's terrible. The loyalty system is also a mess, there was a card that I bought with money, it was canceled. In short, the only advantage is the assortment, otherwise, the staff works as if they are not interested in working at all.

A wide range, but the prices are high. There's a lot of parking, but it's hard to get there by public transport. There are quite a lot of consultants, but no help from them. There is a website on the Internet, but it is impossible to use (filter) on a smartphone. As a result, the "such" store is neither riba nor meat.

A fairly large store, with a wide range of products. The prices of goods are controversial, something is cheaper, something is more expensive. Of course, if you apply for a discount, then on average prices are the same as everywhere else, but this is here under one roof and this is the main plus.

They put up the front door, they put it with jambs (it doesn't close normally, you have to slam), the master who put it says such a door, other masters said such a master, but it's half the trouble, the lock broke (the key got stuck and wouldn't turn, the door is under warranty) we call the store, they tell us to call the master who installed it, he He said he couldn't come now, so he had to call another person to fix the lock, and in the end, a month later, the same situation, a disgusting store.

Convenience: a large sales area with intuitive navigation allows you to quickly navigate among the goods. High-quality products: trusted brands and a wide range of tools for every taste and purse. Excellent service: consultants are always ready to help with the selection and prompt on the availability of goods. Promotions and discounts: promotions are held regularly, which allows you to profitably purchase everything you need. We were just in the store, Zhlobin, we stood for 10 minutes in the cornice department, we didn't find the seller, in other departments, for example, wallpaper is the same story. It feels like sellers are hiding from buyers. As a result, they left for competitors.

A good big non-food store with high prices but a large selection of many products , To load goods from the warehouse, it is inconvenient to drive up to the crane, or you have to load the goods yourself. The maximum is that the groomers will put the goods near the car and then as you want. Moreover, the groomers are extremely slow and not attentive to the quality of the goods, which causes queues near the warehouse, and in the case of all of the above, there is a complete absence to go there if there is an alternative to the goods in another The store

A good store, you can pre-order what you need online. After the goods are delivered to the store, they are notified of their readiness for shipment to the consumer. You can order delivery. In terms of prices, it is an average price category. You can find it cheaper, but here you can buy all the necessary components in one place. The staff is polite and advises on the specifics of the products.

The store is good, but they refused to load construction materials without depending on the tonnage of at least 5 tons of cement or granite into personal transport. According to the administrator, the loading is carried out in a personal vehicle by the customer himself on the vehicle. So you can buy something smaller.

The choice in the store is very extensive, while I recommend paying attention to the prices, they will often be too high for non-core products for building materials. The location of departments and goods is indicated on information plates, you will not get lost, but it is often very difficult to work with department consultants, it seems like a lot of them are running around in red branded bikes, and if necessary, you will look for them.

Convenient entrances, large Parking lot, there is delivery, a large assortment, there is a place for packing goods, convenient serviceable baskets and carts, a clean toilet. The prices are different: there are overpriced on average in the market, there is something cheaper (as everywhere). There is a discount system, promotions are held. Of the cons: there are crowded aisles- you can not drive with a cart, if you buy something, it is better to know the average price of the product on the market, so as not to mess up.

A good store, everything is there, in my opinion there are not enough consultants, I came twice to buy car oil, on tap, and each time I waited for about 10 minutes until they came to me and served me. There is a separate story about prices, for me, they are overstated, I remember I needed a table lamp, the cheapest is 16 rubles, it is not expensive, but on the same Wildbury I found both better and cheaper.
