We opened all the packages and found that the manufacturer had packed different tile items into one name. They found their own, which they were very happy about. Therefore, the recommendation is: check the product on the spot. But now about the cons. The stated free shipping for orders starting from 500 rubles does not work very well. When applying, the record was two weeks in advance. Waiting for a tile for a month and then two weeks for delivery is not much fun. For loading((( this is the first store where they replied that they do not load. We shipped it ourselves. For the record, if the ladies go without help.

We went to the information center, where the girl began to listen to our problem, but as soon as she heard about the discrepancy in valuables, she immediately said, "I actually came here to throw out the trash (holding a couple of candy wrappers in my hand, well, definitely not a cleaner), went back to the garden department, after 5 minutes a woman appeared on the horizon. They asked her about the price discrepancy and in response they heard "you need to buy for 45p." To say that we were shocked is an understatement. By law, we have the right to purchase the product for the price indicated on the price tag. As a result, together with her, we went to the information center again, where no one can do anything to help and clarify the situation. We stood there for another 15 minutes. And then, purely by chance, we came across a woman who miraculously solved this situation in 2 minutes, for which we thank her very much. An unpleasant aftertaste still remained. It turns out that they had a reassessment a few days ago and one of the employees did not change the price tag. If they had told us this information right away and apologized for it, then there would be no questions, since you always need to take into account the human factor, but when they tell you in an imperative tone that you have to buy this rake for 45 and don't care, then you look at this situation in a completely different way. And we had only one product to buy, and if there were more, and the prices there were not true? I ask the management to train the staff to solve such situations, work with objections, conflict situations. Everyone passes the responsibility on to each other, instead of just apologizing, you spend half an hour figuring out which employee is to blame (although I don't care about that as a customer).

They themselves do not clearly know how the document flow in the store is organized, and they also rudely demanded a receipt. So I had to repeatedly return from the warehouse to the store at the checkout and ask to make a copy of the receipt to receive the purchased product (laminate). After returning back to the warehouse, I had to wait about 30 minutes due to the fact that the shipment was already underway to another buyer! The senior storekeeper, having finally accepted a copy of the receipt, said to expect the goods (laminate) to be taken out on the 2nd ramp, but the ramps are not signed!!! I had to look for the 2nd ramp again. I would like to ask the Administration of the Build store to deal with the current situation that happened in my case and to prevent the situation described above from happening in the future!!!
