Магазин неплохой, но персонал — это отдельная тема.Во-первых, сотрудники спорят с покупателями. Во-вторых, подойти к ним с просьбой выполнить свою работу невозможно, так как отвлекают от «более важных дел» и их любимое закатить глаза и пойти с недовольным видом.В-третьих, консультантов постоянно приходится искать. Неужели нельзя находиться возле своего отдела?Отдельный вопрос — ценники. Они вечно находятся не на своих местах. Ситуация: на кассе я задумалась, сколько стоит лоток для приборов. Мне называют цену в 30 рублей. Я удивляюсь и говорю, что на полке висят ценники по 13–15 рублей. На это второй кассир отвечает: «Там есть ценник и за 30 рублей». Когда я снова возражаю, мне заявляют: «А мы всего лишь кассиры».Это нормально? Я считаю, что нет, и требую ответа от администрации. Пожалуйста, следите за своими сотрудниками, научите их правильно общаться с людьми и наведите порядок с ценниками. Из-за вашей путаницы скотч на полке стоит с ценником 9 рублей, а на кассе его пробивают уже за 20 рублей
