Despite the fact that we warned him repeatedly not to shoot, he continued to shoot. So I called the police. The owner and security guards intervened in the incident, but I thought the incident management was insufficient. When the police arrived, I personally witnessed that the security guard tried to Decoy the teams by saying, “there was no search from here.” When the police called me on the phone, I went to the door and met with the teams. I was also kept in the same environment for a long time with the person I thought was threatening me. Even though I said I didn't feel safe, I wasn't taken to a different area. While the incident was still going on, the fact that the waiters asked for an account several times was also quite disturbing during this process. We have filed a criminal complaint against the relevant person related to the incident and the legal process has been initiated. I think that the company should prioritize the safety of the victim in such cases, support the healthy functioning of the official process and take more effective security measures to prevent similar incidents from occurring.
