Terrible shipping and service! We ordered food on 03/08/2025 at 14:00 . As a result, they arrived 6 hours later! All this time we were being fed promises, they said that the order was on its way, but they did not give us any courier contacts. When they demanded a refund, they refused. And when we finally got the order, it turned out that the food was cold, the portions were tiny! For such a long wait, it was possible to at least bring a normal hot dinner, but no, it was a complete disappointment. We will never order here again. I don't recommend it to anyone! If a restaurant is unable to work properly on busy days, it is better not to take orders at all than to mock customers like that.

I ordered a hit set, expectation and reality.there was a pickup, the room was dirty, there was no repair, we arrived home, the sushi was small, the size was 20 tenge, it didn't taste edible at all, the filling was the same everywhere, in general, what they have on the website and what you got in the end is a big difference. I don't advise anyone to order here. I'm sorry for the money I spent, the evening and the mood were ruined. I immediately wrote to them on WhatsApp and ignored them.therefore, you need to complain about them.
