I can at least tell that they are not polite and not client friendly. They should have been more understandable.

But there are questions about service and customer orientation. Barbershop employees smoke terrible-smelling iqos right in the common room in front of customers, sit on the couch in the waiting area, discuss their personal issues, laugh, etc. There is no feeling of high-quality service at a high level, you do not feel like a customer whose comfort is being taken care of. The feeling that the guys are on their own wavelength, and the presence of customers in the room does not bother them. At the same time, the price for a standard haircut is 200,000 soums, which is slightly lower than in other well-known barbershops, where the level of service is an order of magnitude higher.
