Bad attitude towards people and unwillingness to help.. the library is open until 6 p.m. I ran to get a book, so it turned out that at 5:57 p.m. they refused to give it to me because the library is open UNTIL 6 p.m. and for some reason the computer is turned off at 5:55 p.m. to my requests to give the book and explain that it is very necessary for tomorrow, write the name on a leaf as before, complete disregard for the time (the wall clock in the library itself is in a hurry for more than 5 minutes) it seems to me that the computer should turn off after the working day and the doors close at 18.00, but not before.. and you need to be a little more human.
