I was extremely dissatisfied with the service. I ordered a burger without vegetables, but it was cooked with vegetables. After the remark, instead of making a new burger, the staff simply disassembled it and rearranged some of the ingredients. Then he asked to add cheese, but they did it so carelessly that most of it was smeared on the packaging, and not in the burger itself, as can be seen in the photo. This attitude towards the preparation of the order looks careless and raises doubts about the quality of service. I expected careful order fulfillment and respect for the wishes of the client. I hope the management will pay attention to the quality of the staff's work and the control of cooking.
