It is a soul-less hotel in the heart of the old town with plenty other soul-full boutique B&Bs. What were meant to be white were gray and worn down linens and towels (and that is in the newer side of the building), nobody greets you when you come, nobody explains where breakfast is (horrible breakfast btw, watered down instant coffee, and terrible tea), water overflows the shower, weird liquid serves both as shampoo and shower gel. What a weird hotel, avoid it!

I stayed at this cozy boutique hotel in the old center of Bukhara, and the overall experience was very pleasant. Location is one of the best advantages. The hotel is located just a few minutes on foot from the Lyabi House complex, Kalyan Mosque and other main attractions of the old city - it is super convenient for walking and exploring Bukhara. 🏨 Rooms and atmosphere. The rooms are decorated in a traditional Uzbek style with elements of oriental flavor, clean and quite spacious. Cleaning is carried out regularly, there is air conditioning, a private bathroom and free Wi-Fi. You can feel the atmosphere of an old house, which makes your stay especially cozy. 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 The staff is a special pleasure. Guests often note the friendliness and willingness of the staff to help — managers and staff really try to make your stay comfortable. 🍽️ Breakfast. A pleasant buffet with a variety of dishes, but to some guests it seemed a little modest in choice — generally delicious, but not a masterpiece. It is worth considering: • This is not a big high-tech hotel, but rather an authentic place with a historical spirit. * There are different impressions: most of the guests praise the service and atmosphere, but a few had negative experiences with a very small room or noise. Overall guest rating: about 8.6/10 — high marks for location, staff and cleanliness, excellent value for money.

It is with great pleasure that I leave a review about this hotel, made in the old Uzbek style. From the very first minutes you can feel the atmosphere of comfort, history and national flavor. Carved wooden doors, painted ceilings, ceramics and a patio create a sense of time travel. The rooms are very clean, comfortable and thoughtful to the smallest detail, while preserving the authentic spirit of the East. The staff is incredibly hospitable, attentive and always ready to help. I was especially pleased with the quiet and peaceful atmosphere, conducive to a good rest. There is warmth and harmony here, which make your stay truly special. This place is ideal for those who want to experience the real culture of Uzbekistan.
