The rooms are nice, large, and tidy. They're not new, but everything is clean and in place. The staff is polite. We arrived late in the evening, but we were greeted with a smile and a good mood, offered different room options, and offered breakfast. I had very positive emotions from visiting the hotel and the city as a whole.

I went to Volkovysk for competitions, I liked everything in this hotel, but there were also disadvantages. many rooms have bad sockets, I was on the third floor and in my room the socket worked only near the left bed, the second unit flew out and would not be inserted! the same problem with the extension cord, since the moment of check-in and after departure, the air conditioner was buzzing outside the window and made it difficult to sleep. at the expense of the restaurant, everything was very tasty, but there was a problem that they asked for one glass of juice, and in the end they brought two that had to pay an additional amount. There was also an angry cleaning lady who chased them away if they walked through the corridors and swore, which I really didn't like! as it is, it's quite a nice hotel)
