We ordered a taxi on a public holiday. On the phone, the girl operator was told the number of passengers - 3 adults and 2 children and the age of the children. The operator told us to wait, without warning that the car had not yet been scheduled, and we waited for 20 minutes. A car arrived, for 5 people with a driver, although there are only five of us passengers. The driver, in turn, refused to take us, because the operator did not warn him that there would be two children. 🤷🏼♀️ When calling the operator, it turned out that: 1) it turns out they don't have big cars, so the question arises how could she accept the order if she knew that no one would be lucky for us. 2) the driver has super abilities, and at a glance determines the age of the child - at 3.5 years old, the person turns out to be too big and can move independently. They still did not understand by what criteria he determined the age of the child. The disgusting incompetence of the operator, which is misleading, does not solve the problem that it created itself, but tries to push all the blame onto the customer. The terrible quality of the service discouraged all desire to contact you at least once more.

В Щучине по телефону выбрать тариф не вариант? Можно поехать на экономе - 1.60 руб. Но если не повезет (выбора нету по вызову с телефона) 2 руб. комфорт тариф (а это ребята включенный кондиционер))))

Обман, не рекомендую( Диспетчер сориентировала по стоимости 10 руб в Гродно, Итог - 21 руб. Не заказывайте такси у данной организации
