Unfortunately, the service experience is very unpleasant. I politely asked for a package for the product that I bought from them the day before, and even offered to buy the package separately. In response, the salesperson started talking to me in raised tones and making comments in front of other customers that I allegedly "don't appreciate other people's work." Everything was happening in public, in front of other clients, which was extremely unpleasant and looked like an attempt to make me feel guilty for no reason. I came to calmly resolve the issue, but I was faced with a rude and incorrect attitude. I hope the management will pay attention to the behavior of the employees and work with the staff.
