The hotel is very good for its price. The three of us went, my husband and a 3-year-old child. It is suitable for a relaxing family holiday. Who wants to hang out, I think not, the disco is until 23:15, we were satisfied. The animation is weak, I didn't really like it, except for the Mongolian circus.The child had fun, he stayed in the children's room for 2 hours with the animator, a Turkish girl, very pleasant, it is clear that she loves children. The receptionist is not very friendly. We were given a room with a view of the pool, we liked it, but of course we can hear the disco, but we can wait until 23. The room was cleaned every day, towels were changed daily, everything was clean. In terms of food, it's the same every day, not such a varied menu, of course, but you won't stay hungry, the baklava is super, I ate it every day. We got to the beach by golf car, or 7 minutes on foot, not far, it wasn't hard for us to walk. The hotel and the beach are very aesthetically pleasing in design, the eyes were pleased. In general, I recommend the hotel to those who want to relax in peace.

It's a good hotel, it doesn't pull for 5*, only if it's a stretch. There was a wonderful Russian-speaking staff at the reception, when he was away, you could explain yourself in English. The staff is friendly and pleasant, if anything, they will prompt and show you everything. Not everyone speaks English, but many do. There were a lot of Russians, Germans and British (?). I liked the animation team (entertainment team), they are very charged, it's really cool to do water aerobics with them, and play polo :) The road to the beach is normal, they take you stably, you don't have to wait long. The beach itself is also nice, nicely equipped, also with pools, there were always free sun beds. The food is delicious, and the wide variety of desserts and meat pleases. I really liked the lobby bars by the beach, at the reception, by the pool - great service. From the cons, for which I lower the rating: - Cleaning service. They left $1-3 each, but cleaning was always incomplete in some places - they wouldn't wipe the dryer, they wouldn't change bathroom accessories, they'd forget to replenish the mini-bar. These are small things, but 5* service, especially with tips, does not pull. - Cleaning of sun beds. We often noticed bird feces on the sunbed in the morning, there is a feeling that they are not being wiped. - There are no lunch boxes for departing guests - I don't know if I've been so lucky in hotels before or not, but lunch boxes have always been available there. In general, it is a very good hotel in terms of price-quality ratio, I recommend it.
