I don't write reviews, but I just wanted to. I want to say thank you to Sergey and Stanislav for standing up to me, but it wasn't easy (I changed the order several times, and I couldn't decide what I needed). The guys helped to choose, promptly came to the consultation, answered all questions, helped to choose beautiful pens. The doors are very beautiful, they were ordered based on photos and recommendations from Sergey, I haven't seen them in person, but I've never regretted it. They look stylish and concise, white with a black metal edge. Special thanks to the installers led by Valery. It's just a delight! The doors and baseboards were so perfectly installed, every millimeter was adjusted. I definitely recommend it!

I want to share my experience of buying an entrance door in this store, because the impressions are just a delight! I was looking for a reliable, solid door and eventually settled on Metallux. What won me over right away: Design and Quality: Guys, these are GREAT doors! We specifically take a model with a galvanized 1.2 mm metal and a 4-profile aluminum box. You look at this colossus, and you immediately feel the power and reliability. Galvanizing is a serious corrosion protection, and an aluminum box is both durable and lightweight. Structurally, everything is thought out to the smallest detail. THE PRICE! It's just a DELIGHT! Here is the main surprise. The quality and the price are simply excellent! Seriously, it turned out to be one and a half, or even two times cheaper than similar specifications (and often less reliable!) competitors have the doors. When they told me the price, I didn't believe it at first. Objectively compared: the metal is as thick or thicker, the fittings are good, the locks, the aluminum profile box – and the price is significantly lower. Where's the catch? I didn't find it! It's just that the manufacturer (Metallux) and the store apparently don't drive up prices to the skies. That's why my main advice is: DON'T LISTEN to ANYONE talking about other doors or brands. Go and see for YOURSELF. Look CONSTRUCTIVELY: what kind of metal, what kind of box, what kind of protection, what kind of accessories. AND BE SURE to look at the price tag. When you see everything live and compare price/quality, the choice becomes obvious. Objectively, the ratio here is simply the best on the market. There are not enough samples in the store . But! This is not a problem: The consultants perfectly explained the entire design, showed samples of materials, junctions, and answered all my questions.questions. The full range with a bunch of designs is always available on the website. There you can safely choose the appearance to suit your taste and home. If you need a reliable and high–quality door at an ADEQUATE, not overpriced price, look towards Metallux here. Don't be fooled by the big names and marketing of competitors. Compare the design and the price tag objectively, and you will be pleasantly surprised. I am 100% satisfied! I recommend it!

I recommend Bernini for buying doors: the door prices are 🔥, the attitude towards customers is respectful. But the first impression is deceptive.... Making an order is OK. Delivery Is Ok. The most interesting thing began....🧐 One of the four installers agreed to install the doors...and for 2 weeks, I was fed breakfast. The price for the installation, over the phone, was announced as 120 rubles. The day of "X" has arrived. When we arrived, we opened the packages with boxes and door leaves, but they were not milled for hinges and lock, the installation price increased, but even for the announced price, I refused, citing thick aluminum and lack of time... Okay. I recommended it and agreed with a colleague myself (this phone was on the list of door installers), upon arrival the cost of installation increased - 300 rubles per door. Upon arrival at the office, it turned out that we were not the first.... I recommend buying doors at Bernini. Thank you for your cooperation. There was a second appeal, and after a while it was necessary to buy additional items. We arrived at the store and agreed on the necessary items, but we did not receive the cost. We had breakfast for two weeks. It's good that they're not the only representatives of the manufacturer I need.

They paint beautifully, you have the doors in a month, but in fact it's been more than 2 months, almost 3. If you have deadlines, then it's better not to contact them. They never got a call that there were any problems, every week they got calls THEMSELVES and only then did they find out that there were some problems and questions. I won't say anything about the door yet, since the apartment is being renovated, but the fact that the lower door lock jams from the moment of installation immediately gives the impression that the quality is so-so, and no one has even checked it. I definitely won't apply to them for interior ones. To advise too.

Bernini doors seem to be of good quality. The first batch was ordered in October, and the store's director, Sergey, promised that the doors would be installed before the new year, which was very important to us. When calling all the installers he gave phone numbers to, they said it was nonsense, and that's how it happened. The doors were installed at the end of January. The second batch was ordered in January, the installation was supposed to take place in mid-March, even worse than in the first case, the doors were installed at the end of JUNE. I would never order anything like this in this store again. The store's director, Sergey, is a very wonderful storyteller, and even more so, a switchman. If something happens, I can't even imagine how long it will take to fix it under warranty, I think the warranty will end much faster than something will be fixed.

I rarely leave reviews, but I couldn't help myself. I cannot recommend this store because of the culture of communication with customers. It was necessary to match the hinges to the color of the handles. I showed the sample, and the sellers immediately identified which store I bought the pens from. When they heard that I needed external hinges, not hidden ones, they began to express their thoughts about my choice in an incorrect form, with the words "this is a collective farm", "mossy", "it's immediately obvious that you bought the doors in Yurkas." It was very emotional, with indignation, like I'm some kind of beggar, since I bought doors in Yurkas, and I have a collective farm taste, they say, no one does that. It is clear that they are not interested in selling external hinges for 8 rubles, when hidden hinges can be "pushed" for 80 rubles apiece. They don't have any samples, so it's impossible to choose the color of the loops. Maybe their doors are not bad, I do not know, but it is uncivilized to communicate with customers in this form. At the same time, the man was intoxicated during the day!!! And, judging by his face, he hadn't been dry for days!

Nothing foreshadowed trouble, everything seems to be beautiful and correct, but this is only in the early stages. - deadlines: they verbally promise that they will bring the doors earlier by a couple of weeks, in fact this is not the case at all. - installation: problems arose with the installation - the installer who came with Sergey (the owner) later refused to put the doors, sent others - installers: rare dishonest guys - they patted the veneered door and hid this moment (they opened the boxes themselves). Moreover, they ruined an expensive table, and again hid this fact, to questions why this happened - the answer is like in kindergarten, it's not me, and the hut is not mine, although the table is new! - owner: Sergey turned out to be the most dishonest person who is not responsible for the installers and does not want to bear responsibility in general, he adhered to the principle: I am not me, the hut is not mine, deal with the installers. - installation: the cost of installation in fact turned out to be higher than agreed. The installation was not included in the contract, and the check for installation was not given. - there is no responsibility and decency.

If you are going to order, first arrange with the installation. Or look for an installer elsewhere, especially for installing hidden hinges!!!
