Yesterday we took a bouquet to congratulate the teacher. To say that this is a horror is to say nothing. The bouquet was ordered several days in advance. In the store, with their dark lighting, the bouquet looks more or less normal. There is horror in the light. French roses are obviously not the first freshness. As it turned out later, Matiola was also a drunk. There are no questions about the bush rose. I had to go to another flower shop to fix the situation a little and pay another person extra, but the employees here REFUSED to do this. It's a shame for such a negligent attitude. We will not order any more here, because this is not the first time when not fresh flowers are added (the condition of the roses is visible in 1 photo. The last photo shows that the outermost leaves of the rose have already begun to wilt...

Yesterday we took 5 sprigs of bush roses as a gift to a friend, to say that they feel bad is to say nothing. We arrived 5 minutes before closing time, but it's late. I understand that everyone wants to go home, so I didn't pack the flowers. The girl was in a hurry, did not really cut anything, did not remove it, tied it with a ribbon and gave the flowers. Upon arrival home, the ribbon loosened and almost did not hold the flowers, it was nothing, I tied it myself. Waking up in the morning, the flowers got even worse, a couple of buds had to be cut off because they literally crumbled. It's a shame, I don't even know how to give it to anyone now.Previously, I always took flowers there, everything was great, now I'll think 100 times before I buy more there. My fault is also definitely there, that I arrived 5 minutes before closing, but I think my work can be done efficiently and it's okay if you stay 10 minutes longer
