Terrible and disgusting service and attitude towards potential customers. At the end of January 2026, I called and booked a sauna for 02/21/2026. The woman signed me up and said that the bathhouse was yours. In the first days of February 2026, I called again and asked to be rescheduled for 02/28/2026, to which she good-naturedly agreed. To my question: Did you exactly re-record me on 02/28/2026? The answer was: yes, of course. I ask: how can I confirm 100% on 02/28/2026? The woman replied: don't worry, I've signed you up and I'll call you back later... On the evening of 02/27/2026 at 21.30 there is no call from her. I'm typing it myself... And I should have an answer.: You didn't book anything, you just thought, and in general it's a business, I got a 100% prepayment from others!!! How is that even possible? If I had been told to make an advance payment, would I not have made it? if I had booked a sauna in advance for the event?!It's low for you (service providers) to do this... and just take it off the reservation without notification...

A good place to sit with a company, we rested together, there is a barbecue where we made a barbecue (skewers and a grill grill are available, we took our own coal). There is a large music column, a tennis table in the courtyard. We did not use the services of the bathhouse, we sat down mentally.

We were there for the first time, I liked it. Friendly hosts, a sauna without frills, cozy, but everything is there, tasteful and clean, good steam and lucky with frost and fresh snow, we will be happy to come again!
