Попросил у них размеры воздушного фильтра. Повторял письмо аж 4 раза. В ответ отсылки - "менеджер свяжется с вами". Прождал 2 недели, никто не замерил размеры. Такое впечатление, что в фирме сидят пофигисты и лодыри.
