There is construction going near hotel, every day noise from 9 am to 5 pm. I think it will go all 2023. I do not recommend the hotel in 2023.

We stayed at the Benna Hotel with a friend in May 2026. We were very satisfied, we didn't even expect such a 2-star rating! We arrived late enough to check in, but despite this we were well received, accommodated and fed dinner! The hotel is located on a quiet street, in a picturesque location, not far from the sea! We also got a room on the 3rd floor, which is quite spacious and clean. Despite the fact that the furniture was a little tired, it was very comfortable to live and sleep. The linen was clean, the cleaning was done every day, and the towels were also replaced without complaints! Buffet breakfast, eggs, bread, herbs, olives, cereals, milk, homemade jam, coffee and much more, no one left hungry! For dinner, the first course was served, a fresh salad and a second course made from various products. It was unusual for us at first, but then we realized the peculiarities of the national cuisine)) Everything was always fresh, tasty and varied! I would especially like to mention the atmosphere in the hotel)) warm, sincere attitude to the guests!!! The manager was kind, he always came up and asked if everything was in order, if necessary, he always helped with advice: how to get there, currency exchange, rental... and much more! We have always felt safe in this hotel, no strangers go there! And this is also the merit of the manager, he is always somewhere nearby and looks after the order. Special thanks to the staff, they are always friendly and perform their duties well! We are very satisfied and recommend this hotel! You don't have to live in 5 houses and be tied to 3 meals a day, everything is easier and more comfortable here, at home! Thank you all, you made our stay comfortable!!!

The Benna Hotel 2* is located near the long pebble beach of Konyalti. Almost at the very end, if you count from the city center. The beach is only 5 minutes away along pleasant streets with restaurants and shops. Nearby shops are Sok, Migros, Carrefour. Sok to the right, he is the cheapest and closest, about 45 seconds before him) the rest to the left and a little further away. Nearby is Attatürk Boulevard, along which there are a lot of buses going almost anywhere. There are direct connections to Ikea, Migros shopping centers (near Luna Park), Mark Antalya (near old Gorrd), Agora (near Ikea and the airport) and Kaleici Old town itself. It's probably a 20-minute drive to Kaleichi. The nearest bus stop is 5-7 minutes away. Google maps will tell you everything. For a two-year-old, this is a very normal option. The rooms are mostly tiny, but there is a safe (to take the key from it at the reception), air conditioning, refrigerator. Everything is free. The Wi-Fi is average, up to the 3rd floor, then finished, then not. Get some hot water. And it really is boiling water) Balconies seem to be everywhere. The shower is behind the curtain, the floor is always flooded. Yes, everything is worn out, but somehow it's so shabby at home, in general it's even cute. It seemed to me that the rooms at the ends of the building were bigger and more comfortable. Food for 3. Everything is edible. The minimalist's breakfast. Nothing hot. 2 cheeses, 1 creepy sausage, boiled eggs (here they are, maybe a little warm) olives, olives, sometimes greens, and small things. Drinks. Black tea a la Turkish tea, but it's just in appearance, not to taste. Imitation) Coffee from the car (did not taste it). And the norm is such a lemonade. That's it. There is no water. From 7.30 to 10, this pleasure lasts. Dinner is from 17 to 19.00. It is quite possible to have a complex side dish, something stewed and vegetable plus something stewed-chicken-egg. Sometimes meatballs. And a salad. We went 5 out of 9 times, then somehow got bored and went around the neighborhood. Nearby on the way to the beach Dos Bros Irish Cafe. Like a pub. As of May 2026, to eat for 2 (without alcohol) and without much scope 1,500- 1,700 lira. Nearby there is a cafe Shakespeare (sntevik), also good, a little more expensive. There is a Balik7 cafe on Attatürk Boulevard, there are all kinds of Ekmek Balls, this is an Istanbul theme, fish in bread, nothing like that. And it's cheap - 250-300 liras a boot. Plus the salad bar is free. And there is also a local ice cream parlor Dondurma Dukkanı nearby. Such is the nature of ice cream. 60 lira ball. There are not very expensive cafes on the beach (across the path from the embankment). Again, the McDuck is 10 minutes along the embankment towards the center. In general, you won't starve to death). Yes, the dog from the reviews is alive and well and barks no worse than before. Moreover, there is another, younger version of the shepherd dog nearby, and they sometimes arrange barking. But you get used to it somehow and it doesn't really soar. Construction is not underway on May 26. The pool can be cloudy at times. But there were rains, maybe because of that. The cat-birds lap up from there and they are normal. We went swimming, by the way, it's not that small. The contingent is solid, they come there year after year. Mostly Russian ladies in the post-Balzac age. There's a whole mafia of them, they stick together, which is a bit annoying. There are few children. You can take a beach umbrella at the reception (for 300 lira for the entire period)) and arrange a late check-out (before 16.00 30 euros or at the exchange rate in lira). Aah, yeah, I almost forgot. The sea is the same. The beach is huge and dirty, and it's better to go in coral. By the way, the sea could also be dirty, it was raining, apparently somewhere nearby a river flows into it, which brings mud. Price-quality matches. The area is pleasant, the embankment is long. You can live. I recommend it) P.S. there are 2 rooms in the photo, the one where there is no mess, this is the end one, bigger is better, 301 rooms were doing a little repair there and I took a picture. And ours is with two beds pushed together, 302. Also in the photos are the jambs of our room - swollen plaster and a trace from the previous sink)
