This cafe is an absolute gem! From the moment you step in, the staff truly makes the experience five-star—they are incredibly kind and helpful, always ready with a smile. The location is perfect, too, especially for meeting up, thanks to the rare amenity of excellent parking. Beyond the practical details, the ambiance is amazing; it’s cozy, beautifully decorated, and offers the perfect relaxed setting. It’s definitely my top choice for enjoying time and making memories with friends.

My visit today was extremely disappointing. First of all, I asked for a blanket three times and was completely ignored. It felt like the staff treats guests differently, as if some are considered “important” and others are not. This is very disrespectful. Secondly, the menu lists pastries that are not actually available. This is misleading. I ordered a spinach omelet, but it contained eggshell pieces. When I politely asked to have it taken away (I didn’t even ask for a replacement), the waiter insisted that I should have shown proof and questioned me. This is completely inappropriate — why would I make this up? A guest should not be put in a position where they have to prove something like this. I also asked to replace the tap water (which had an unpleasant smell) with bottled water. After 20 minutes, nothing was brought. Meanwhile, the staff were busy chatting with each other instead of paying attention to guests. Another very inappropriate moment was when I was asked during payment: “Are you sure you have money?” — this is simply unacceptable and offensive. Finally, the prices do not match the quality. Charging 50,000 for water with lemon is unreasonable given the level of service. Overall, the experience showed poor service, lack of respect for guests, and a clear mismatch between price and quality. Very disappointing.

Nice place, nice food. Appalling service. Starter and main course for one delivered together, nothing for the other person for 15 mins. Then main course for other diner just didn’t arrive at all. Also, the 10 dollar a shot Henessey VSOP, tasted rather a lot like 2 dollar Tambur…

However, the restaurant probably does not meet the stated requirements, given the presence of display cases with pastries and confectionery in the hall. Only two things are stable in Benedict: excellent coffee and disgusting service! There was a great green salad with asparagus - for some reason it was spoiled with sour milk or kefir, there are no warnings on the menu. In general, as always, they started well, and in the current situation they are a place of idlers, both visitors and staff.

We visited Benedict with a friend and were disappointed. The prices are above average, but neither the kitchen nor the service match this. The tom yam was brought completely different from the original: without flavor, without coconut milk, and without a little tom yam paste. The rice is crumbly and unsuitable, the squid is tough, and the red fish in the composition did not combine at all... it should not be in this soup at all. It's especially disappointing because tom yam is one of my favorite dishes, I've tried it in many restaurants around the world, and this one turned out to be the most tasteless and completely out of line with the right taste. The service also left an unpleasant impression. I waited a long time for the order to be accepted. The strangest moment was that the employee took a sample of Tom yam directly from my plate. The staff counted for a long time, because they were busy with their own business at the counter. One of the advantages was a delicious burger. As a result, the restaurant made an extremely negative impression: it was absolutely not tasty and the prices did not match the quality in Tashkent!

Everything was great, the restaurant team and the dishes. But the men sat down at the next table and started smoking icos one by one, inside the room. The smell is terrible. The distance between the tables is less than half a meter. I asked the waiter about the smoking standards in the restaurant, and he said that it is indeed allowed to smoke icos in Benedict. They responded to the men's request not to smoke, taking a break for exactly three minutes and then continuing. If you don't enjoy breakfast in the smoke and the "aroma" of aikos, keep this in mind. The same applies if you plan to have breakfast with children. And it is important to note that the law prohibits smoking in public catering establishments, including smoking using tobacco heating systems and electronic cigarettes, with the exception of rooms specially designated for smoking, but it is unlikely that the restaurant hall is such.
