We had a rest in January 2026.the hotel is beautiful from the outside. Our room was terrible. The floors are icy, the furniture is old, and there is a glacier in the toilet. The room was dirty, there was no cleaning in 3 days. The territory is not large. The only thing I liked was the chess in the living room hall. They did not take the documents for registration. On the plus side, there is a decent cafe nearby and the food is delicious. There is no heating, so the heating was split. I do not recommend this hotel, it is not clear why such reviews are good. And yet, all the cosmetics, shower gels and shampoos were half empty, apparently left by the previous vacationers to wash up.

I would like to express my deep gratitude for such a warm welcome. Wonderful people, a wonderful place. We lived in a two-room room, incredibly comfortable. It was clean and cozy, the room was cleaned very often, towels and bed linen were changed. I heartily recommend this hotel. Moreover, this is not a simple hotel, but with a very interesting story, which the wonderful hostess Lala will share with you. We have been to Abkhazia once, but this country has sunk into our hearts very deeply. Such friendly people, responsive, ready to help. During the 10 days of rest, there was not a single negative moment. So, who else doubts whether to go or not, I will definitely say YES!!! Sukhum, the White House of ballerina, Lala, Madina, Julie, forever in my heart ❤You are the best!!! I wish you prosperity and that the hotel is full of guests. Now only here.

I really like this hotel. It is imbued with the spirit of the classics. High ceilings, lots of elegant details. You won't find such a thing in a modern place anymore. Like little Italy. In addition, it is an architectural monument. The lovely, friendly hostess, Lala, and delicious delicious breakfasts made from local products. Moreover, the prices are very affordable.
