There is one bank in Vitebsk. There is no ATM, I came a couple of times to top up my account on the card through an ATM. The ATM does not accept 2020 banknotes. And the second time I took the money altogether and the money did not come to the account. As a result, expect about 2-3 weeks.They stopped cooperating with other banks.

They don't want to work at all. The staff gets lost, can't explain any of the bank's working conditions, deposits, loans, etc., probably don't understand where they are and what they need to do. I don't recommend it.
