I've never seen worse service than here. Over the loud TV, I couldn't hear a single word from the employee, who didn't try to explain anything, at least she answered the questions somehow. The opening hours of the center are such that no one working for five days can get to the center. Nightmare

Rude staff and service. They didn't want to terminate the contract under any pretexts. And then they refused to give a book of comments. In total, I had to wait for the doors to the office to open (an employee was leaving), go into the reception area - and only then the issue was resolved. As it turned out, the problem is that each of the 3 employees advised in different ways, because no one knows the rules of service provision and maintenance. Total. I don't recommend it.

We signed an Internet contract, were told to plug the modem into an outlet and connect the optical wire and configure the modem according to the instructions, 30 minutes of filling out documents and contracts, and as a result, the settings according to the modem instructions did not give any result, after calling technical support, it turned out that the equipment was not configured by Beltelecom and at the moment technical support could not help Maybe you should leave a request for it to be configured.🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️, Can't it be done right away??? After all, it is logical if a person enters into a contract, then he wants to use services, and not pay for non-working Internet and not think that he needs to call somewhere and ask someone for something!!!! And it's not clear yet how long it will be before Beltelecom deigns to set up the equipment!!!! Terrible service and no customer orientation on the part of both the staff and the company!!! I would also like to mention the guard at the barrier who sits in the office and greets visitors with a cigarette in his mouth!!!
