This year, agent Sergey completely ruined the impression of the company: they issued a hard hat, and a couple of days later we were informed that the amount for the car was calculated incorrectly (calculated directly by the insurance employee). The agent was asked to redo, for which a one-time surcharge was charged (not much, not a little, but ~540 bps). The agent's explanation of where this surcharge came from is that the amount for electric vehicles has increased, and allegedly so in all companies. It is unclear why this was not mentioned before the conclusion. After examining the situation, it turned out that this was not the case, and the situation with the surcharge was unclear. For understanding, the amount per year for our car in imkliva is 2309 b.r., and in Belrosstrakh - 2672 b.r. They asked to prepare the documents for closing the contract, after which Sergey became very fussy, he began to offer the option to remain their client, but in the event of an accident, cash transfers would not happen, but cash (it is also unclear how). If we want to terminate the contract, then 30% will be deducted from our funds (and this is after the employee himself made the wrong calculation, without telling about the additional payment at the beginning of the cooperation). This option did not suit us, so we asked for the management number so that the issue could be resolved on a different level. After that, the employee replied (still the same Sergey), saying that I already regretted that I offered you my services, I'm the boss here, I won't offer more qualified employees. I will deal with the accounting department to return the entire amount for the hard hat without deductions. I'm not sure if the whole company works according to this principle, but based on the actions and responses of the employee, I can't judge otherwise. I would be glad if the company would contact me for further clarification.
