Terribly incompetent staff - especially YULIA (unfortunately, I don't remember her last name) Did her job reluctantly, she didn't want to give the parcel back because she needed some documents (I took delivery from the 21st century), she demanded these documents from me, although these are cases between Belpost and the 21st century and I had them the relationship IS NOT RELATED (I specified this specifically in the 21st century, she should not have required any documents from me). I opened the package box, tore open all the packages with instructions in search of documents, and took out the goods that I couldn't put back in the box in their original form. She talked to me in raised tones. As a result, I called my colleague and found out that she could still give me my parcel. Don't set foot in there anymore!! It would be possible to give 0 stars - I would. I wish Julia that she always and everywhere comes across only the same people as her!
