I arrived at the post office at 18.59 and they refused to serve me. I tearfully asked for the parcel, as I was leaving the next day. They didn't pay attention to me, then a woman came out with a displeased face, snorted and said that the shift was closed. Of course, I understand that they could have refused, since I came close, but at least it was possible to refuse in a normal tone. It's a pity that there are so few responsive people left. Be kind.
