My impression of the holiday in the sanatorium Belorusochka. The terrible room stock, shabby wallpaper, old plumbing with such a flow of water that I thought I would be killed a couple of times by a shower flying out of the rack, puddles in the shower area did not have time to dry in a day. The stench was either from dampness, or from faulty plumbing. Bugs and spiders drove children to hysteria, and I didn't say anything about the fact that the toilet was on a par with the door that opened inside. Upon arrival, the room was not ready, the bed for 3 people was not ready, they waited until they brought a pillow to make the bed, the room was so small that they had to barricade the exit to the balcony with a cot, otherwise they would not turn around at all, the forgotten pillow and blanket for 3 people on the first night was the cherry on the cake, the dishes apparently did not come to their senses at all (spoon, plate, cup). Having decided to drink tea, they noticed that the dishes were hardly washed after the previous tenants, the teaspoons were sticky either from sugar or from something else. The food in the dining room is not bad, but this is not a buffet, but a dining room where you can just put food on yourself, there is a shortage of tables, and the replenishment of food is not great, if you come after 20-30 minutes after the start of lunch, it is not a fact that you will not have to stay hungry. At first glance, the area is not bad, but cobwebs and spiders everywhere overshadow the appearance of peeling paint in gazebos. There is no transport interchange, either walk for 20 minutes with 4 children to a bus stop with a large number of buses, or ride once an hour (or even more by bus, which stops at a stop closer to the sanatorium) in the evening, before you catch the bus, a taxi will help you, or wait 30 minutes again. As it turned out, buses do not accept cards, and the exchange rate in the sanatorium is 1.5 times higher than in the savings bank, but you need to get to it somehow. There is not always money in the exchanger. The lack of drinking water on weekends is a normal phenomenon. 22 hours of silence, but at the same time discatheques until 23 hours with such a roar that you can hear it all over the territory of its restaurants. And when you leave at 10 o'clock, no one will wait, you will be at breakfast and they will come to your room to take off your underwear, and they will start painting for it.

The next day, they were given a layered armchair-bed. Thank God it was fixed by the evening. The room is tiny, I barely managed to cram it in. You can hardly go to the toilet, it's so small. Two days later, we were transferred to another room. In which you could safely roll a wheelchair. It makes me feel extra emotional. I warned you about this nuance. And why we weren't initially accommodated in this more comfortable room is a mystery. But that's not all. The water in the bathroom in the shower area leaves with difficulty. The repair request has not been completed. Water flooded the room today. And yes, the plumber didn't come again. The rooms are poorly cleaned. Maids don't dust at all. I washed the sink myself. Apparently that's the way it's done. The territory is not well maintained. Stunted roses, remnants of former luxury. The food is monotonous and everything is greasy. They love mayonnaise. The procedures are so minimal that it's not clear why I went at all... everyone seems to be trying, but "the sturgeon is smelly."

The dining room and catering facilities, too, leave much to be desired. The food in the package is a buffet, since I adhere to a vegan diet, it was the right choice. Dishes are always made from fresh products, there are options, there was enough of everything, tasty and healthy, varied. Delicious coffee for breakfast. The room is clean, tidy, good furniture, all appliances are working, constantly cleaned. The room has everything you need: refrigerator, kettle, TV, dishes. For those who wish, there are entertainment events - concerts, movie screenings, etc. The territory is large, well-groomed, very beautiful. Fresh air, as the sanatorium is surrounded by forest. Beautiful view of the reservoir. There is a shop with everything you need, a pharmacy works.

There is a metal clothes dryer on the balcony, but it is impossible to approach it properly without hitting a dirty broken table, the furniture in the already small room is very poorly placed. It is impossible to go to the balcony without hitting the crib. There is no place to dry clothes, there is a dryer on the balcony in winter, in the rains the clothes do not dry, as well as on a cold heated towel rail. There is a store on site, but it does not work at all, the nearest store is 2 kilometers away. In the dining room, the tables are very close to each other, it is impossible to sit normally, the work of the dining room is poorly organized, employees do not have time to clean up after visitors, they have to eat at a table filled with dirty dishes. The routing of procedures is not organized at all, there are often overlaps in the procedure schedule, 10 minutes after the start of the half-hour procedure, you need to be in another building. Food cannot be taken out of the dining room, but the nearest store is 2 km from the sanatorium. There is battered linoleum on the floor that needs to be changed a long time ago, linen is changed once a week, on the 8th day of stay, since there is nowhere to dry the linen, it is necessary to take additional towels with you to the sanatorium, they are changed every 4 days, and if you ask, due to the lack of ventilation in the bathroom, black mold in the joints between the tiles. There's a kettle in the room, but there's nowhere to turn it on, there's no need to rent a hair dryer, and there are days when they don't pick up the trash at all. The photos do not correspond to reality, there are no shelves, the wardrobe is more precisely only its frame without doors only in the corridor, there are no wall shelves in the room, there are not enough sockets in some rooms, the furniture is located so that you have to turn on the kettle and refrigerator in the bedside sockets. The pool is a paddling pool designed for a maximum of 3 people, while 6-9 people are allowed, you need to take extra clothes for the baths, but there is nowhere to dry it all, especially in winter and in wet rainy weather. There is an evil grandmother on the mud who takes in 20 minutes later, besides her, the rest of the staff is friendly and kind, especially liked the nurse on carbon dioxide baths and a massage chair. There are many cats on the territory that are fed by residents taking food out of the dining room. For the second breakfast, diabetics are given cottage cheese or yogurt. There is enough food, you will not stay hungry, the buffet, but there are no trays, you have to walk several times with plates and hot drinks around the hall to your table, there are coffee machines in the first and third buildings, but 3 sometimes does not work for several days, you have to go to another building with your cup because there is coffee / hot chocolate and there are no cups, it's inconvenient that the time between procedures is not enough to dry your hair after water treatments, despite the fact that some of the procedures are in one building, some in another, and the hydrotherapy center is in the third, and you have to walk down the street. This is our first sanatorium experience. The sanatorium has a huge range of services, an excellent hydrotherapy clinic, and a dentist. They give you a "schedule", which allows you not to get confused in the abundance of procedures prescribed by the doctor. We had a case of overlaps - but everything can be solved with the staff. Of the negative, we can only say about the human factor: the difference in procedures is very visible if they are carried out by different specialists. So, during one of the visits to the cedar barrel, I had to climb out myself, probably from overheating (the medical worker never entered the room during the procedure, and the temperature was significantly different from other times and was very high). In general, the staff of the sanatorium is friendly, the girls explain everything in detail at the reception and are always ready to help. The specialists themselves who carry out the procedures are mostly competent and pleasant to communicate with. I would like to note the work of the physical therapy coach Zhanna Mikhailovna, the medical staff of ultrasound therapy Natalia Mikhailovna (room 409), gravity therapy Margarita Yurievna (room 207). Accommodation: there is a choice, different types of rooms for every taste and budget. The atmosphere is pleasant, well-maintained, and interior solutions attract. It may be a little necessary to carry out repairs in the room stock. Cleaning was carried out regularly, bed linen was given out once a week for a change. What I would like to know before arriving at the sanatorium when packing a suitcase: the website indicates that there are "Hygiene products" in the bathroom, in fact they are represented only by liquid soap. Nutrition: the food is pretty good, it's clear that it's not a restaurant. Seasonal fruits are always available, and there are a lot of seaweed salads. For entertainment: a program every day, movies, board games, discos in the evening, you can sign up for various excursions around Minsk and Belarus. One of the disadvantages is the cost of paid procedures. And there is also nothing much to do in the evening, there are concerts, but they are paid and the repertoire is more interesting for older people. Separately from the minuses, I would also like to say about weekend tours. A company arrived, sat in the room and drank for half the night, behaved very noisily, only the guards helped to disperse them, otherwise they would not have slept all night.

We moved into the fourth building, Soviet rooms, shabby wallpaper, a toilet with a shower in the room, but there is no hood, it's wet all the time. And it is still not clear when the room is cleaned ..., in 10 days our room was cleaned only 3 times.🤔 Leisure is well organized in sanatoria, concerts, discos, watching movies, there is a bar for those who wish. Excursions and trips to the theater are organized, of course for a fee. On the territory of the sanatorium there is a shop, products and souvenirs... , there is a pharmacy in the second building. The service staff in the treatment rooms is polite and responsive. Overall impressions of sanatoria are good, but I would like better room service.

If you close the doors to the building, then the dressing room between the doors stinks of urine. The smell of cat urine, creepy creaking beds, and the smell of sewage... The room was cleaned, during the entire stay, 3 times, wiped themselves as best they could.But we've come to be treated, so what now? We went to lunch, the most beautiful nature, but alas, everything is in disrepair, as we later realized, there is no one to work and monitor the condition of the paths and plants. We came to the food point and here our native Soviet queues with stuffiness and confusion, well, okay, we thought it was summer, there are a lot of people. Finally, we got into the hall and the dreams of the buffet announced in the advertisement just collapsed, an ordinary canteen! You may ask why? Yes, because no one cleans the tables, the choice of food is very poor, and in the end it is still very tasty. On the claim, why is everything like this? The answer is diet tables!! What do you mean? Not everyone has come here to treat the musculoskeletal system, why should we serve everything not salty and in the form of porridge???? For whom it is important, think a hundred times. From a medical point of view, everything is not so bad, the doctors are trying their best, we must pay tribute to the polite, patient and hardworking. Will we come here again? A controversial issue. Maybe if they put things in order.

There are no empty tables to be found, dirty dishes are everywhere, which are cleaned extremely slowly. The waiters have the same gloves for cleaning dishes and for taking out dishes. Pandemonium, dirt, trouble. There is no toothpaste in the suite, water is leaking from the shower to the floor, the lighting is very dim.

The linen smells unpleasant, especially the towels. All our duvet covers were torn, but darned. They asked for another room, and they gave me a look in another building. So there was also a strong smell of sewage in that building. There is no ventilation in the bathroom, so mold and mildew are welcome. The walls are thin, so you will hear everything perfectly, even on the floor below. The food is terrible. Some might say it's dietary, but no. If fried, then everything was in butter, pancakes made from sour dough were served, cutlets with more bread than meat, soups were all on water. Either under-salted or over-salted. There are no elevators, so you can only use your feet to climb. It's hard for old people. It would seem that one should have mercy on people with illnesses, but even a woman with severe asthma was given a room not on the ground floor. The doctor on duty is a very cocky woman who doesn't watch her speech very much and allows herself a lot. But the other medical staff we interacted with turned out to be very pleasant. Overall, the impressions were extremely negative. You definitely won't want to come here a second time.

In the hope that you will not come, but the procedure is paid for and it is not postponed for later. I didn't get to the aroma therapy-goodbye, there are no places. The territory is large, well-maintained, there are no questions here. Food: so far it suits, but the queue to the dining room is something, although the people themselves are probably to blame, you can calmly approach and take what you need, because the buffet brings everything on time, but you need to create a queue, otherwise it will not be interesting. The staff is quiet, inconspicuous. So if you just want to go for a walk, maybe it's worth eating, but we definitely won't come here anymore. Moreover, the sanatorium positions itself as a treatment for children, but there are no separate procedures for children, all appointments are the same as for adults.

Then the staff, it's something, they come into their own home, opening the doors with their key, and they don't care what you can do in your room, only one cleaner (Blonde) always knocked and asked if she could do the cleaning now, for which I thank her more! Beds, this is a separate topic, are so low that it can be compared to just throwing a mattress on the floor and that's it...You won't sleep on them either, but you'll suffer as the springs dig into your back. Terrible!!! As for nutrition, I can't say that it's bad, because there are delicious dishes, and sometimes not so many who want to lose weight, then there will be such an opportunity. The territory itself is not bad, it's big, there would be a place to walk if you didn't sleep in the trees, from 9:00-17:00 all the paths were blocked for 3 days, there are not many opportunities to walk, only by the river, from where the prickly wet wind blows. The sounds of the chainsaw just cut into the ears, there is no rest (no sleep) during the day. I can't call a taxi to the building, as all the paths are blocked. On the fourth day, the cleaning of branches with special equipment, which also hums like a tractor, is also 0 rest. That is, we arrived for 6 days, and for 4 days we have been listening to the work of saws and special equipment... On the last day, they brought me to tears... We had a rest in August 2024. The territory of the sanatorium is very neglected, there is not enough gardener, street cleaners. Poor roses, how do they survive??? There is no watering, there are dry leaves everywhere. From the food, I liked only cottage cheese and sour cream (something that does not need to be cooked). The rest of the dishes are not tasty, the serving is not neat, large spoons are needed to put on plates. There are tongs at the distribution, half of the food falls, hence the dirt.. The pastry chef does not know how to cook pastries at all-heavy, unpeeled pies are disgusting. The management is not engaged in the sanatorium, there is no real owner. You come for the procedure, but they say that's it, they don't take it anymore! Disgusting attitude. Actually, the money is paid for this! I came once to a herbal tea that works from 11-13. The time is 11:30. Everything is closed and there are no ads. I asked a passing paramedic. Answer: today they worked from 9-11. How am I supposed to know this? The schedule is not specified, there are no announcements. It's frustrating. You can come the next day, of course, but that's if you have time. I lost one procedure (aromatherapy) because I was leaving the next day.There are queues of 20 minutes for many procedures (and you have to run to the next ones).
