When visiting the Belorusochka sanatorium, you get the impression that you have been transported to the atmosphere of Russia in 1996. Unfortunately, the level of service and courtesy of the staff leaves much to be desired. The lack of greetings and basic communication norms becomes noticeable from the first minutes of your stay. The only positive aspects are the picturesque nature surrounding the sanatorium. However, this does not compensate for the shortcomings in the service and quality of the services provided. We are faced with problems related to dirty dishes and the monotony of dishes in the dining room, which significantly reduces the overall impression of relaxation. There were additional difficulties when applying for paid services. The payment process proved difficult, and communication with the administrator was necessary to resolve the issues that arose. Unfortunately, attempts to convey their comments to the staff did not lead to improvements — the condition of the dishes and the quality of food remained at the same level. Medical procedures, although they are classical, are not distinguished by anything special. The rooms also require updating, and it is worth noting that a hair dryer is available for rent at a price of 3 Belarusian rubles per day. If your stay exceeds a week, it would be wiser to purchase it yourself. In general, it is not possible to recommend the sanatorium "Belorusochka". If you value quality service and a comfortable stay, you should consider other options.

After my appointment, she went to an unknown destination and did not return, although there were people in the queue who waited for more than an hour and went to another doctor's office. The staff in many offices is rude. It was unpleasant coming. The pool was scheduled for 9.00 twice. The first time the door was opened at 9.06, the second time at 9.16. The only place where it was pleasant to enter was the phytobar. Low bow to the employees! The idea of the buffet is not bad, but it is very inconvenient that the vacationers are not assigned a seat. There are no tablecloths on the tables or napkins under the plates in the dining room. It was the first time I had seen such bare tables in the sanatorium. I was also unpleasantly surprised by the lack of teaspoons. The territory is quite large, beautiful, but unkempt. There are flowerbeds in the grass, the pier is old with rotten boards, the shore is overgrown with grass, there is no place for swimming. The trash cans near the beach were not cleaned for 3 days. Naturally, we will not go to this sanatorium anymore.

Towels, just rags. The bathroom is very narrow, with one shared balcony for two rooms. The room is just falling apart, a piece of the wall is falling off, holes in the wallpaper, even the shelf is hung crookedly. The only advantage is a large and beautiful territory. The check-in was quick. We lived in the 4th building. The rooms are clean. The disadvantage is audibility. After check-in, the treatment was arranged. Purpose - baths, herbal teas, salt cave and aromatherapy. Everything is great. The staff is all friendly. The food is delicious and varied. We weren't hungry. Negative queues. I am writing my opinion personally, because there are no comrades for taste and color. First of all, the positive aspects: The territory is wonderful, large, well-groomed, clean, on the sunny side. The food was excellent, there was everything, meat-dishes of chicken, pork, beef. Every breakfast is porridge, omelet, cottage cheese, sour cream, jam, cheese, butter, sausage cuts. I've never been hungry. Chefs cook at home. Thank them very much. Treatment is a good updated database of equipment, there are enough procedures for a voucher with treatment, the doctor selects taking into account the disease. There are additional paid procedures. And now about the cons: The room is small, it's a little cramped for me. In my opinion, the schedule for visiting the canteen was not organized correctly, there were very long queues. The distribution of procedures is generally a huge trash. What I really didn't like was that there could be as many as 7-8 procedures in one day. These graphs are compiled by a person who is not connected with medicine at all, he has no idea which procedures are compatible with each other and which are not. In general, I am happy with my stay at the Belorusochka sanatorium. Will I come again? Most likely yes!

We rested in the sanatorium "Belorusochka" from July 14 to July 28, 2024. We were pleasantly surprised by the nature of the sanatorium, where it is located: tall trees of different breeds, a lake, near the Minsk Sea. The treatment was decent. There is a pump room with mineral water. The buffet allowed everyone to choose what they wanted. We lived in a renovated room with all amenities. The sanatorium organizes excursions to Minsk and other places of interest in Belarus, and various entertainment events are held. Good bus service to Minsk: 27 minutes, and you are in the capital. We have pleasant memories of communicating with people, what we saw and experienced in Belarus. Zoya and Love!

The queue at the entrance to three flights of stairs is a separate song ((( Everything is fine for medical procedures, there are a lot of things, prices ... something is expensive, something is not very, oxygen cocktails, for example, about 130 Russian. Very, very beautiful nature, the Svisloch river is beautiful, there are many institutions for rest and relaxation in this area. The territory has its own pump room with mineral water, the taste is normal, I have not found the composition anywhere and the medical staff do not know it - I asked for sure it is not an analogue of Caucasian waters - silver does not turn black from baths. It's bad that there is no store on the territory, here is neither a cafe nor a buffet nor a store, ((( I think it's a very big drawback. There is also a nuance - if you arrive sooner or later, you will have to sit in the lobby, and you may not get a sofa (the reception is open from 9 to 18, it seems, in general, no one will check you in either morning or night. Yes, in the dining room, many complained that the faucet was leaking in the rooms, or the battery was not heating up. The sanatorium would be good if it were not for the dining room (reception, doctors, medical staff (except for the magnetoterapy room) all very good specialists, pleasant and understanding people! The sanatorium is very close to Minsk-convenient! But I can't recommend a small room - you won't pass by the bed at the same time! The bathroom is streaked and chipped, the bedside tables are broken, there is a good medical base, a beautiful territory, there is both paid and free Parking, but a terrible dining room! If there was a custom menu, I think it would be better. The price of 7200 per day for two is not small.

A wonderful sanatorium! A huge number of procedures, a buffet - take what you want and as much as you want. The food is very tasty. And the nature around is just a fairy tale! Pine trees, a reservoir nearby, seagulls, birdsong. My husband and I went to the economy room, but there are both standards and suites here. We like everything so much that some minor inconveniences like a shared shower and toilet are even invisible. Next time we plan to take more expensive rooms. We had a rest from July 6 to July 18, 2025. The room is an ideal suite, equipped with everything you need, even more than necessary, renovated and the color scheme is pleasing to the eye.All electrical appliances and plumbing are new and in working condition.Cleaning was carried out daily (thanks to Inna and Maria), towels, tea and coffee sets, hygiene products were changed daily, and bed linen was changed every 2-3 days. Apparently Building 1 is exemplary! There were no unpleasant odors, on the contrary, there was a citrus-lavender fragrance (there is an aromatherapy room in the building), the aroma of coffee in the lobby (self-service coffee machine is paid), the room was quiet, we had enough sleep. But having paid a lot of money, we expected not to sit in the room, but to receive HIGH-quality treatment, PROPER nutrition and at least a minimum of cultural events, except for old movies and karaoke. It is not surprising that with such an ugly organization of the buffet (it was ESPECIALLY noticeable on July 12!), the sanatorium was covered by an intestinal infection. I don't know what the position of the person responsible for nutrition is called, but he should be JUDGED at least for the fact that he thought of serving bananas cut into 6-8 pieces, the skin of which (with great probability!) and it became the source of an "unidentified" intestinal infection. Tongs and spoons for putting food on should be placed side by side on plates, and not on trays with food, where they often bathed." Vacationers have the right (PAID!!!) get ALL the dishes listed on the menu, rather than standing dejectedly by empty pallets, because these dishes HAVE RUN OUT of the word "in general" (the most attractive). There were no seasonal vegetables, berries, or any of their own baked goods! Of the treatment, thanks only for the Laser (a wonderful girl served) and physical therapy! So we give our two points out of five possible to Lux and the few honest employees who are not indifferent to their work, thanks to whom we did not file a COMPLAINT with the highest authorities!

So, on August 29, 2024, we paid for a tour of Minsk in the evening. 3,000 rubles (Russian) for two people. The tour was supposed to last three hours. Instead, the guide Pavel finished the tour in 2 hours and 10 minutes and said goodbye, the bus was sent to the sanatorium. I.e. the service was provided for 2/3. The management did not mumble anything clearly to our verbal claims.

There are more people on New Year's holidays than the sanatorium is able to digest. The initial honey can't give a clear explanation for such an outrage to the complaints of vacationers, it carries some kind of nonsense, like breathe fresh air and enjoy nature, you don't have enough of this in Russia, eat natural products, you don't have them either. Well, personally, I could get such pleasure at home, absolutely for free. A store and a pharmacy are listed on the site, as it turned out, they are also not there, they have been closed for a long time. The sanatorium is located away from civilization, convenient only for vacationers by car. Upon arrival, it turned out that I had forgotten my toothbrush at home, so I had to take a taxi to Minsk...well, etc. according to the list. I strongly DO NOT recommend the sanatorium. There is no one to do the procedures, even for our money, some people quit, and the illiterate management of the sanatorium let someone go on vacation-It sucks!!!

Belorusochka is perfectly located. There is a lot of greenery around, a forest belt, a river. You can walk to the beach (Minsk sea), through the forest, clean and quiet around. Three meals a day to choose from, there is enough food. You can get to the city if you take a taxi for about 15 Belarusian rubles, the city is nearby. Одни Безобразия!! С момента заселения и до отьезда! Никому не посоветую!! Персонал в отделе продаж одни хамки!! Забронирова номер в сентябре, внесла преедоплату...а на момент заселения оказалось свободных номеров нет и поселили практически на помойку...обшарпанный номер,плохо освещенный, матрацы на кроватях ужасные и ещё вонь стояла как в канализации!! Про лечение...назначения были на выходные, а в те дни ни кто не работал...везде грязь..одним словом Белорусочка умерла!!

I thought I was back in the USSR when they let me into the room....I was just speechless..Then I found it , and I found it so much that after half an hour we were given three rooms to choose from .We must pay tribute to Natalia, the administrator (not indignant, pleasant, businesslike) All this happened in the 4th building, which has been renovated for a long time! A terrible smell on the ground floor, small rooms for two people with bare walls at worst, with faded wallpaper at best. Well, there's just a guard in the shower room, how crowded it is! With food, it's just another story you can write...Especially about five dishes of one cabbage for the night..and cutlets like chicken meat, but actually made from fat and bread (in taste). The procedures were performed by the staff who were not very friendly, and when asked how you treat the bath after the patients, they looked at me as if I had deprived her of her bonus or even been rude..although my baths were paid for! And finally, one very, very nice masseuse, who introduced herself as a very erudite master in her field, when asked why she was so gloomy (she looked like a pioneer who had forgotten his pioneer oath), explained that real pros should all be like that! It's a terrible place. We arrived on 12.07 for a week. Everything in the room is dirty and torn. The shower is just a nightmare. Three days later, they were poisoned in the dining room, lying around with a temperature of 39 and terrible diarrhea. All this with the complete indifference of the medical staff. After asking for help, they gave me a thermometer. Then all the neighbors started complaining about the same symptoms. The staff put on masks and picked up antiseptic. We have not received any help, although there are doctors and nurses. I strongly do not recommend it, stay away if you do not want to spoil your vacation.

We lived in the 4th building. The condition of the room is disgusting. The bathroom is tiny, with water splashing out of the shower stall onto the floor. The bed is low and narrow, there are no pillows, and the bed linen is tattered. The food in the dining room is monotonous and not suitable for a sanatorium. The staff is not friendly. There are few medical procedures and all are poor. WiFi is almost always unavailable. The territory is large, but not well maintained

We recently returned from the sanatorium. The three of us went with a 4.5-year-old child. The sanatorium is not intended for recreation with children at all. The room was terrible (Building 2, room 2, please note!) with a broken sofa that can't even be repaired, the whole closet is falling apart and creaking ... with a small child to settle in such squalor, of course, horror! The rest of the rooms in this building are all renovated, with wardrobes, but for two. At first we thought that all such rooms were in the Economy building, so we weren't even outraged, but when we got to know the neighbors and the cleaner was cleaning the rooms with the doors open, it was clear that the rooms were beautifully clean and renovated!!! They asked at the reception, they said they had only 4 rooms for 3 with a child, so we got what…Although we booked a trip for half a year. It's somehow unfair that rooms for 3 are more expensive than a ticket, but you live in such squalor, and rooms for two are renovated... then they would have done repairs in all, why such an injustice?! And anyway, with a child, it's usually always a privilege: they put you in a better place, then everything is the other way around, the child was sleeping on a broken sofa, a repairman was called, he said he couldn't be repaired. 🤦🏻♀️they gave us a mattress, thanks for that! There is an elderly lady at the reception, very unfriendly and rude! If you don't ask, she sends you to read, she doesn't want to explain anything herself. In the dining room, if you don't come to the beginning, a lot of things are already being sorted. We never got marshmallows, because many people get 10 pieces each, like from a hungry island, and the rest don't get it. Maybe write somewhere that doesn't exceed 2-3 pieces per person, or then add it so that everyone gets it! The guy who distributes the procedures doesn't think with his head at all! For example, the child was assigned a bath at 11:10 and a salt cave at 11:30, is it okay that the bath takes 20 minutes plus you need to change clothes, dry off and go to the salt cave for all 20 minutes???and there are many such incidents, where procedures are simply prescribed without thinking, just as long as! Of course, you won't notice everything at once by the time, and when you come to change, there are no places!!!

I was on vacation with my child in June 2024. In fact, the expectation and reality did not match. The number of rooms leaves much to be desired. The rooms are so small that 2 people can barely fit in a standard room. The bathroom is small, with a constant smell of dampness. The queues at the buffet are crazy. It is better to go later, but if some of the dishes are over, then urge the waiters to bring more, or they have a habit of holding empty trays of food so that people take other dishes that are less popular. Do not clean dirty dishes on time. I.e. You come to lunch and observe a picture of dirty tables with a bunch of dirty dishes. Before having lunch, it is necessary to put the dishes on other tables so that it is pleasant to have lunch. You haven't heard about good coffee here. According to the variety of food for an amateur, I was with a 4-year-old child and we always had something to eat. The food is usually cooked, at the dining room level. There are no stomach problems and heartburn after eating. A big plus is a lot of vegetables and a variety of vegetable salads. There is no store, it is closed. The children's room is open only 2 times a week for 2 hours only. Children from the age of 3 can be left for these 2 hours. There is a cafe where you can drink alcohol, coffee, ice cream for children. They put on cartoons and movies. There are dances, even with good music. There is trouble with the medical staff, although they try, but the procedures are a mess. One health worker works for several offices, so it will not be convenient to schedule procedures. And all the procedures are still up to 16.00, then the staff leaves. But even with a shortage of staff, everyone is trying, we will put a big plus on this. The medical base is the same as in other sanatoriums of the same level. A very beautiful recreation area, with access to the water, a beach, a good Playground. My score is 2 out of 5, because the money I paid for myself and for a 4-year-old child at the price of an adult is not worth it.
