I stopped by this gas station today to refuel. There were already queues in front of the first and third columns, while the second and fourth were empty. Since there wasn't much time, I turned around and drove up to the fourth pump. Yes, such a maneuver might have required backing up a little if the next car had pulled up behind me, but I didn't bother anyone and calmly refueled the full tank. When I returned to pay for fuel, an employee from a nearby closed ticket office said that they would no longer refuel me here, because I allegedly grossly violated the rules of movement on the territory of the gas station. If the rules have really been violated, you can safely explain them, make a remark or warn them. But declaring a lifetime ban on service to a client without any authority is already overkill. The most disappointing thing was not even the remark, but the boorish tone and demonstrative attitude. Instead of normal communication, they just ruined my mood. A very unpleasant experience. Next time, I'd rather refuel in a place where customers are treated with respect.
