I applied for the European protocol. The documents were accepted, and a date and time were set for the visit to the appraiser, who works Monday-Friday from 8 to 17. Ok, I wrote at work at my own expense, drove up (20 km one way), appreciated. A couple of days pass - a call: they can't figure out if my case is an accident. I say: I was not present at that moment, well, then we will send a letter to the second participant to explain. That was settled. A couple of weeks later, a refusal came: my case is not an accident. I'm calling to clarify: did you send a letter to the second participant, as we agreed? The answer killed: We called, and the person who picked it up said they had the wrong number. Of course, no one sent the letter, no one talked to the person, no one contacted him, I still did not understand who they called, probably to my grandfather's village. The question of why everything was clear when accepting the European protocol and why the words were at odds with the case remained unanswered. As a result: time and money were spent (an application for a job at your own expense, gasoline there and back) just to get an unsubscribe. I made conclusions for myself.

The company may be good, but they don't want to make payments. If you've damaged a tire, buy it with your own money. If the disk is damaged, buy it with your own money. Then what applies to the insured event. And paying for a helmet for a year is not cheap... Then what to do in such cases

I refused the services of this company. After that, several apartments and cars were insured under a hard hat. After the emergency in the quarter, the payment was refused (at the same time, I had to constantly call myself, they didn't care about the client), according to the hard hat (the hood was damaged, the dent was small) the payment was 20p 50 kopecks. When asked where to go, at what service station, where they can repair the hood for 20 rubles, they shrug their shoulders, like we're her, they evaluate. I understand that this is how all insurance companies work, but I will no longer use the services of this insurance company.
