If you know you can't handle it, don't take orders. Warn at the checkout that the waiting time will be an hour or more. And no words of apology. In response to my questions and indignation, everyone disappeared into the kitchen, except for one poor employee who was standing at the checkout. He got all my indignation, and he had to apologize for the mistakes of others. In short, I went there for the first and last time, and I don't recommend others. And by the way, there are no napkins or paper in the toilet- the most disorganized place I've seen.
