But the customer service leaves much to be desired, I ran into the same woman at the checkout twice and, apparently, I'm not the only one, a terrible disrespectful attitude towards customers. You come to see a book, and instead you leave in a bad mood for the whole day. Unwillingness to help, and also to hold you responsible for her large amount of work, complete lack of tact, good manners, and inability to work with people.
