The thing is that when cleaning the pillow, the feather was partially changed + a new pillowcase. That means extra money. There was not a word about the surcharge in the call to what can I pick up. I come to pick it up, and it turns out that I also have to...The main thing was that there was money in the pocket, only 85 kopecks were missing. I had to go home for these pennies. They did their job admirably, but there was a slight inconsistency with the client minus 1 point in the assessment.

I picked up the rug today. It feels like it hasn't been cleaned. The way I passed, the way I got it. No smell of freshness, no color... There's not even a dry cleaning smell. I turned it around at home to lie down, so a lot of sand fell out of it. How is it??? They didn't even deserve one star! I do not recommend it!
